Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Thus, empower with the nectar of the mind of enlightenment. Adorn the head with the five families by throwing the remaining pure water upwards. Bless with the five: body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Then, from one's own heart, emanate a multitude of white, red, and green Hūṃs. Striking the offering goddesses and others, they dissolve into light. From the white offering goddess's hand, holding the offering water, emanate countless retinues, and contemplate offering them to the assembly of deities. Explain flowers and so on in the same way. By mixing what is pure and clean, the excellent offering waters of the divine substances, I offer to the Bhagavan Protector Amitayus, the deities who increase life, prolong life, and save life. The light of activity radiates intensely, dispelling the darkness of ignorance, generating all appearances of life and wisdom, I praise you! With offerings arranged in reality and emanated in mind, please accept the outer, inner, and secret offerings, and grant the accomplishment of immortal life! Again, the wisdom-life of all Buddhas, is endowed with immeasurable light, the glory of life for all beings, I prostrate and praise to Amitabha! On the spoke of the eastern wheel, the goddess is white, radiating light, holding a crystal vase of life in her hand, I prostrate and praise the secret mother! On the spoke of the southern wheel, the goddess is purplish-red, radiating light, holding a lapis lazuli vase of life in her hand, I prostrate and praise the secret mother! On the spoke of the western wheel, the goddess is red, radiating light, holding a coral vase of life in her hand, I prostrate and praise the secret mother! On the spoke of the northern wheel, the goddess is green, radiating light, holding a lapis lazuli vase of life in her hand, I prostrate and praise the secret mother! In the mandala of the Vajra realm, the Vajra goddess holds an iron hook, the goddess is white, blazing with glory, I prostrate and praise the one who liberates the three realms! In the mandala of the Ratna realm, the Ratna goddess holds a lasso, the goddess is yellow, blazing with glory, I prostrate and praise the one who destroys the three poisons! In the mandala of the Padma realm, the Padma goddess holds an iron chain, the goddess is red, blazing with glory, I prostrate and praise the one who embodies the three supreme ones! In the mandala of the Karma realm, the Karma goddess holds a bell and vajra, the goddess is green, blazing with glory, I prostrate and praise the one who liberates the three existences! Cutting off the ten non-virtues, subduing the ten directional protectors, possessing mastery over the life of the ten directions, I prostrate and praise the ten wrathful ones! Performing actions of pacifying, increasing, empowering, the iron hook, lasso, iron chain, and bell-vajra, drawing in the life-force of the four directions, I prostrate and praise the four gatekeepers! Then, the practice of summoning and absorbing life: the assembly of deities of Amitayus, becoming as vast as the extent of their great qualities, virtues, power, strength, and the expanse of the Dharma realm, causing all appearances and existences to gather like rays of light converging, the one who steals life wanders, wherever they may be under the earth, on the earth like stars.

Like clouds dissolving into the clear sky, contemplate everything transforming into auspiciousness. Recite: Hūṃ Spoṭa Baṃ Baṃ Baṃ, accompanied by the Vajra Inner Binding Mudra. Then, from your own heart center, emanate countless hosts of white, yellow, red, and green goddesses, holding an iron hook in their right hand and a vase in their left. Hook all those life essences, like stars, with the iron hook, and place them into the vase. Just as the goddesses and their retinues dissolve into your heart center, contemplate that all life, merit, splendor, glory, power, and blessings increase. Hūṃ, You are the Mistress of Life for all beings, White Swift Goddess, assembly performing peaceful actions, performing the action of drawing life and glory, please grant the supreme accomplishment of Vajra Life! Hūṃ, You are the Mistress of Life for all beings, Yellow Swift Goddess, assembly performing increasing actions, performing the action of drawing life and glory, please grant the supreme accomplishment of Jewel Life! Hūṃ, You are the Mistress of Life for all beings, Red Swift Goddess, assembly performing magnetizing actions, performing the action of drawing life and glory, please grant the supreme accomplishment of Lotus Life! Place them into the vase, and dissolve them into your own heart center. Contemplate that life and merit greatly increase.
