Seated majestically with legs crossed, the green horse-headed mane shines like old leaves in the expanse of the sky. In his lap is the consort Vajravarahi, with a red-colored body. The right hand holds an iron hook that seizes life, embracing the father. The left hand holds a vase of life. Both father and mother are adorned with glorious ornaments and charnel ground attire. With awe-inspiring splendor, they reside within the flames of the eon's end. This is the supreme hand gesture of the horse. At the heart of the father Hayagriva, visualize the essence of my own radiance, a white mass of light, about the size of a thumb, like a flame unmoved by the wind. Within it, visualize the essence of consciousness, a reddish-yellow Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ，hūṃ，hūṃ，吽) standing out. Inside the hook of its foot, visualize the essence of life, a white A (ཨ，ā，ā，阿). Within the right shoulder, visualize the seed syllable of life, a white-green ṇṛ (ཎྲྀ，ṇṛ，nri，ṇྲྀ) standing upright. In the left shoulder, visualize the first letter of the name standing upright. Behind that mandala, inside the outer vase, on a sun seat, from the radiation and gathering of ten black HUM (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), ten black Wrathful Ones, the ten right hands holding hammers, the ten left hands holding iron hooks, three eyes, terrifying and fierce, with mountains of fire, faces turned outward, dispel the obstructing demons of life, and meditate. These are the generation wheel.
