The remaining vows, I have received and endeavor to speak of, both before and after. I shall not abandon them for long, nor make them into targets. Although I do not contradict their meaning, and have no intention of turning away, due to laziness, having leisure, and being indolent, not being immersed in emptiness, having little strength, lacking mindfulness, being controlled by recklessness, not diligently practicing meditation, neglecting recitation and accomplishment, etc., due to feeling and non-feeling, and the power of ignorance, I have contradicted the Teacher's words and vows. It is said in the scriptures that one should not meet a yogi who has broken their vows, even for a moment, but I have failed to do so. Due to loose doors, it is difficult to distinguish, and due to weak clairvoyance, I have not recognized those with faults. I have mingled with those who have broken their vows, filling up the broken places, teaching the Dharma to those who have broken their vows and to unworthy vessels, not being mindful of breaking vows, and the faults of breaking vows, etc. I have associated with those who have broken their vows, and have become stained by the faults of the shadows of those who have broken their vows. I deeply regret and confess with a repentant heart the adverse conditions of this life and the long-lasting obscurations. With loving compassion, please consider me, arrange me unchangeably from the indivisible realm, and abide in the state of non-objectification and equanimity. Please grant me the purity of the indivisible meaning. For the ultimate truth, which is inexpressible and beyond elaboration, may no conceptual thoughts be fixated upon.
