མ་ར་ཡ་ཛ་ཛ། ཨ་ཧོ། འཇིགས་བྱེད་ཆེན་པོས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་གསུངས་ཏེ། ཉོན་ཅིག་ཟུངས་ཤིག་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན། །ངས་གསུངས་པ་ལ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཉོན། །མར་ལྷར་དྲིལ་པར་བགྲོད་ཀྱི་སྔགས། །འདི་ནི་མ་ར་སྨོན་པའི་མཆོག །བདག་ཉིད་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་གསལ་བ་ལས། །གཡས་གཡོན་ཉི་ཟླའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཤེས། །ནག་པོའི་གདུག་པ་ཕུར་པ་ལ། །རཀྟས་བྱུག་ལ་ལིང་ག་ལ། །གདབ་པ་གསུ༷མ་དུ་ཤེས་པར་བྱ། །ཨོ་ནི་མ་ར་ནི། མ་ར་དུ་ཡ་མ་སྙིང་ཡ་མ་ཁྲག །ཚལ་པ་བམ་རིལ། དུམ་བུ་དུ༷ མ་བུ། བམ་རིལ་ཧུ༷་ཕཊ།བཛྲ་ཀི་ལི་ཀི་ལ་ཡ། ནག་པོ་ཏི་པར་ཤ་ནན། ཁུག་རོལ་བམ་རིལ་དགྲ་བོ་མ་ར་ཡ་ཛ་ཛ ཨོ་བཛྲ་ཀི་ལི་ཀི་ལ་ཡ་ནག་པོ་རྩི་བ་སྙིང་ལ་ཐོད་པ། བཛྲ་ཤག་ཤག་ནན། ཁུག་ཐུམ་རིལ་རྦད། ཨོ་ཤི་མཉུ་ཙན་ཏྲ་རསྒ་རོ་ལ་141༄༅། ཁུག་ཐུམ་རལ་རྦད། ནག་པོ་དེ་ཀུན་སྙིང་ལ་ཁུག །ཐུམ་རིལ་རྦད། ཨོ་ཤི་མསྣྲུ་ནག་པོ་ཏྲག་ཤ་རོལ་བམ། དགྲ་བོ་མ་ར་ཡ་ཛ་ཛ། ནག་པོ་དེ་ཀུན་སྙིང་ལ་རྩ་བ་ལ་དུན་སྨྱོ། ཨོ་མལྗ་ནག་པ་ཏྲག་རསྒ་ཧ་ར་བ༷་རིལ་བ་རྦད། ཨོ་ཤི་རི་ཨ་ཀྲོ་ཏེ་ཀ །ཨབྱ་ཡ་མརྙ་ཀ་སྙིང་ལ་རསྒ་༼དག་རག༽མོ་རོ་ལ་ཁྲག་ཐུམ། དགྲ་བོ་མ་ར་ཡ་ཐུམ་རིལ་རྦད། ཨོ་ན་ག་རསྒ་ཀྲོ་ཏི་ཤྭ་རི། སྙིང་ཁུག་ཐུམ་རིལ་རྦད། ནག་པོ་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྙིང་ལ་ཐུམ་རིལ་རྦད། རོ་ལ་ཁྲག་ཐུམ་སྙིང་འགོ་ཆོད། སྤ་ལ་བ༷། དགྲ་བོ་མ་ར་ཡ་ཐུམ་རིལ་རྦད། གོང་དུ་བྱ་བའི་ལས་ཟིན་ནས། །གདུག་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་ལས་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནི་མི་ལྡོག་ཨུར་མོའི་ལས། །ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །དཔལ་ཟླ་གསང་ནག་པོའི་རྒྱུད་ལས། གསང་སྔགས་དགོད་པའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་བཞི་བཅུ་པའོ།། །།དེ་ནས་འཇིགས་བྱེད་ཆེན་པོས་འདའ་བ་མེད་པའི་དམ་ཚིག་འདི་བཀའ་བསྩལ་ཏོ། །ཉོན་ཅིག་ཟུངས་ཤིག་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན། །སྙིང་པོའི་དོན་དེ་མི་གསུངས་ཤིང་། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ཡི་དམ་ལྷ་ལྟར་བཀུར། །སྔགས་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་དཔེ་བརྒྱད་ལ་སོགས་ཤེས། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཕོགྱོ་ཆེ༽ལ་མོས་པ་བསྐྱེད། །ཐུགས་ལས་བརྣག་པ་གནོད་བྱེད་འབྱུང་མི་བྱ། །འདི་ནི་རྩ་བ་ལྔ་རྣམས་སོ། ཁྱད་པར་རིམ་པ་བསྟན་པ་ནི། །བདག་ཉིད་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བརྟན་བྱ་ཞིང་། །ལམ་མི་བཟུར་ཞིང་ཕྱག་མི་བྱ། །གཏམ་མི་སྨྲ་བར་སྡིགས་མཛུབ་ཕྱིར། །ཆས་བརྒྱད་རྒྱན་གོས་བགྲོད་པར་འགྲོ། །དེ་ལ་སོགས་ཏེ་142དུ་མར་བཤད། །མི་འདའ་བསྲང་བས་དམ་ཚིག་སྟེ། །འད་ན་མཆག་ ་དན་དུ་བཤད། །དཔའ་བ་ ན་པས་བཤད་པའ་དན། །འདུས་པའ་ ག་འད་འདའ་མ་ ད། ། ས་བཀའ་བསྩལ་ཏ། །དཔལ་ཟླ་གསང་ནག་པོའི་རྒྱད་ལས། དམ་ཚིག་མརྡོར་བསྟན་པའི་

玛惹雅匝匝，啊吙！大怖畏金刚如是说：谛听，坚持金刚持！一心听我所说。将玛惹尊神融入的行进之咒语，此乃玛惹祈愿之殊胜。从自身大印清晰显现中，了知左右日月的坛城。以黑色的毒害橛，用血涂抹于林伽上，知晓刺入三处。嗡 呢 玛惹 呢，玛惹 杜雅 玛 心 雅 玛 血。擦擦 棒日，顿布 顿 玛布，棒日 吽 啪。班杂 几利 几拉雅，黑色的 德巴 啥南，库若 棒日 敌 玛惹雅匝匝。嗡 班杂 几利 几拉雅 黑色 擦瓦 心 啦 托巴，班杂 夏夏南，库 吞日 惹，嗡 希 纽 赞扎 惹嘎 惹拉。库 吞 惹 惹，黑色 彼等 皆入心中，吞日 惹。嗡 希 斯努 黑色 扎 啥 惹 棒，敌 玛惹雅匝匝。黑色 彼等 皆入心中 于根部 顿修，嗡 玛杰 黑色 扎 惹嘎 哈惹 瓦 日拉瓦 惹。嗡 希日 阿 卓 德 嘎，阿雅 雅 玛惹 嘎 心 啦 惹嘎（达惹），莫惹 啦 血 吞，敌 玛惹雅 吞日 惹。嗡 纳嘎 惹嘎 卓地 瓦日，心 库 吞日 惹。黑色 遍布 心中 吞日 惹。若啦 血 吞 心 额 确，巴啦 瓦，敌 玛惹雅 吞日 惹。如上所作之事完成后，以恶毒之心行事。此乃不可逆转的乌尔摩之业。如是说。吉祥月密黑续中，秘密咒语欢喜品第四十。之后，大怖畏金刚宣说了此不可违越之誓言。谛听，坚持金刚持！勿说心要之义，如敬本尊天般敬重金刚，了知咒语和手印八种譬喻等，于瑜伽士生起信心，勿从心中生起恼害之念。此乃五根本。尤其所示之次第是：自身手印稳固，不绕道，不行礼，不说话，而是竖起期克印。八种装束以华丽的衣饰行走。如是等等说了许多。不违越，正直即是誓言。如同嚼食一般宣说。如同勇士一般宣说。聚集在一起，不可违越。如是宣说。吉祥月密黑续中，誓言金刚所示之

Do not let harmful thoughts arise from the heart. These are the five roots. In particular, the order shown is: Stabilize one's own mudra. Do not detour, do not salute. Do not speak, but raise the threatening finger. Walk with eight ornaments and splendid clothes. Thus, many things are explained. Not transgressing, being upright is the vow. It is explained as if chewing. It is explained as if being a hero. Gathering together, it is not transgressed. Thus it was proclaimed.
