I respectfully prostrate to the lineage gurus! To the Bodhicitta that averts evil destinies, and to the pure Arhats and others, I prostrate to the solitary Buddhas! Having averted evil destinies, and excellently showing the path to higher realms, leading beings to the state without aging and death, I prostrate to the Bodhicitta! Liberated from all faults, adorned with all virtues, the sole friend of all sentient beings, I prostrate to the all-knowing one! The difficult-to-tame, inexhaustible mind, you tame; like a warrior on the battlefield, you utterly subdue and control it; to you who tame your mind and are without arrogance, I prostrate! Possessing a collection of many precious qualities, having a body with excellent names and completely pure wisdom, golden in color, worshipped by gods and humans, I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the god of gods! Loving towards sentient beings, having the thought of meeting and parting, having the thought of non-separation, I prostrate to the one who has the thought of benefit and happiness! When all embodied beings see you, they realize you are a supreme being. Just by seeing, faith arises, I prostrate to your deeds! To you, the unsurpassed, fearless giver, I prostrate! To you, the friend and root of benefit for other sentient beings, I prostrate! To you, possessing the ten powers and the strength of truth, I prostrate! When you, the chief of bipeds, were born, you took seven steps on this great earth, and said: I am supreme in this world. At that time, I prostrate to you, the wise one! When the great sage went to the city of peace, even though he was seated, the shadow of the Jamboo tree did not leave, and six young gods bowed down, at that time, I prostrate to you, the worthy of offerings! Now again, three times to you, I prostrate with my head at the feet of the Thubpa (Buddha). You possess great compassion, the chief of those worshipped by the gods, there is no one like you in the world, let alone someone greater. The name is said to be Don Drub (Siddhartha), which was spoken before, it is the name given by the thought of the father and mother. Your wish is fulfilled, the nectar is pleased, I will now call you Don Drub (Siddhartha). The five pure bodies, supremely beautiful in form, like an ocean of wisdom, like a golden mountain, fame spread throughout the world, shining brightly, supreme protector, I take refuge in you! For those who have completely lost their way and whose eyes are closed, you are the lamp of the world.

Like the sun. One who cannot be overcome, the root of living beings. Guide, you are my refuge. A treasury of wisdom and wealth, exceedingly complete. With patience like the nature of the sky, the mind of liberation. The thought of compassion, pleasing and gentle speech. Accomplishing all purposes, I prostrate to you. You are liberated from the solitude of samsara. From the assembly, you show cause and effect. From loving-kindness, you know the supreme armor. I take refuge in the abode of compassion. With illusions, eye tricks, like the moon in water. From existence arises the place of the land. Curing the disease of ignorance, lord of the three realms. King of medicine, you are my refuge. Becoming a bridge in the middle of four rivers. Completely liberated in the manner of the seven noble riches. The true guide is the root of the world. Compassionate one, I offer this to you. Possessing excellent marks, the face of the immaculate moon. Like gold in color, I prostrate to you. Free from dust, like you, there is none in the three existences. Incomparable wisdom, I prostrate to you. The hair of the Victorious One is soft, beautiful, smooth, and good. Your crown is like the king of mountains. The crown is invisible, there is none equal to you. Sage, the hair between your eyebrows is beautiful. Like the moon, white as a conch shell. With compassion, you look upon these beings. The excellent eyes are beautiful, like blue lotuses. I prostrate to the immaculate eyes of the Victorious One. The tongue is wide and thin, like the color of copper. It covers the face with its own countenance. By speaking the Dharma, you tame beings. Possessing gentle and harsh speech, I prostrate to you. The teeth are good, very firm like vajra. Forty teeth are evenly aligned, with good texture. By smiling, you tame beings. Equal in true speech, I prostrate to you. Victorious One, your form is incomparable. Illuminating eight fields of light. Those who rule as Brahma and Indra in the world. Are subdued by the light of you, the Bhagavan. Emaho! The unsurpassed Bhagavan who has come forth. Like the gait of an elephant king, a peacock, a lion. Bhagavan, wherever you look and walk with your neck. The earth, mountains, and ravines tremble. Bhagavan, your body adorned with marks. Gazing upon your form, the eyes never tire. You possess an unparalleled form. You practiced the Buddha's teachings for hundreds of eons in the past. You delight in emptiness, taming, and all generosity. You possess loving-kindness and compassion for all sentient beings. I prostrate to the supreme compassionate one. You are always pleased with generosity and discipline. You are steadfastly delighted with patience and diligence. You possess the vision of meditation and wisdom. I prostrate to the five incomparable wisdoms. You destroy the assemblies of evil speech. You proclaim in the assembly like a lion. You are the king of physicians, dispelling the diseases of the three realms. I prostrate to you, the supreme sovereign. The body, speech, and mind of the Buddha are completely pure. Like a lotus in water, you are not stained by the three realms. You possess the voice of Brahma, the sound of the Kalaviṅka. I prostrate to you, who liberates the three realms. The gods, humans, and nāgas worship you, the Sugata. Having praised you, who have reached the end of all qualities, By whatever vast merit has been accumulated, May all beings attain the state of Buddhahood. Like the sun, dispel the darkness of ignorance. Like the moon, dispel the suffering of afflictions. Heal the diseases of the three poisons, Buddha, the god of medicine. I prostrate to the light of lapis lazuli. You are the teacher of gods and humans, the king of physicians. The Bhagavan protects in the three worlds, Healing the diseases of the three poisons and the diseases of aggregation. I prostrate to the light of lapis lazuli. The Dharmakāya is indivisible like the sky, The Rūpakāya is distinctly clear like a rainbow. You are pleased with the supreme of skillful means and wisdom. I prostrate to the five Sugatas. Protector of the three worlds, you have reached the other shore of qualities. You possess a body as white, vast, and beautiful as the ocean. You reside on the unequaled lion throne of Suchness. I prostrate and praise you, Bhagavan Vairocana. You shine like a radiant, towering jewel, Illuminating all directions of light without exception. You reside on the wondrous elephant throne in the three worlds. I prostrate and praise you, the Buddha Akshobhya, the fruit of contentment. You are skilled in bestowing the wealth of precious empowerments, benefiting beings. 诸相显现如汉地之美，光明遍布十方，往昔欢喜之莲花，如自乐之体性安住于孔雀座上，顶礼赞叹能仁无量光。正法光芒遣除方隅之黑暗，光明天空充满一切显现之分，如琉璃之海安住于鹏鸟座上，顶礼供养成就一切义之佛陀。言思无及般若波罗蜜多，不生不灭乃虚空之体性，各自自证乃智慧之行境，顶礼三世诸佛之母。一切刹土皆为黄金地基，降下古母达花之雨，以众多功德珍宝而庄严，顶礼供养成为慈母之您。十八空性乃正法之树干，十度波罗蜜多以美妙之饰品而庄严，四无量心之枝叶繁茂，无生无灭之果实各自成熟，顶礼十地之法身。神圣正法经藏无为法，乃三世诸佛生养之母，对于经藏律藏论藏，以身语意恭敬顶礼。千手乃转轮圣王之千位，千眼乃贤劫之千佛，于何者应调伏即示现何者，顶礼观世音菩萨。从胜义法界中唯一之生者，三界之中乃观世音菩萨，如满月般无垢之身，顶礼大悲自性者。观世音自在乃三界之主，虽于过去时已现前成佛，然以大悲之威力示现十地之相，顶礼无量方便之种姓。观世音自在乃诸佛之顶髻，从手掌中降下慈悲之水，遣除饿鬼之饥渴痛苦，顶礼观世音菩萨。三界之如意树，顶礼手持莲花者。三世善逝之法身，观照六道众生之观世音，如虚空般遍布之十一面，顶礼威严无量光。吉祥之源，文殊乃一切之吉祥，一切遍布慈爱故名文殊。

All appearances manifest as the beauty of China, the light pervades the ten directions, the lotus of past joy, like the nature of self-pleasure, resides on the peacock throne, I prostrate and praise the Sage Amitabha. The sacred Dharma's rays dispel the darkness of the regions, the sky of light fills all aspects of appearance, like a sea of lapis lazuli, resides on the Garuda throne, I prostrate to the Buddha who accomplishes all meanings. Inexpressible Prajnaparamita, unborn and unceasing, is the nature of space, self-aware is the realm of wisdom, I prostrate to the mother of the Buddhas of the three times. All realms are golden ground, a rain of kumuda flowers falls, adorned with many qualities and jewels, I prostrate to you, the kind mother. The eighteen emptinesses are the trunk of the Dharma tree, the ten perfections are adorned with beautiful ornaments, the branches of the four immeasurables are luxuriant, the fruits of no birth and no cessation ripen individually, I prostrate to the Dharmakaya of the ten bhumis. The sacred Dharma Sutra Pitaka is unconditioned, the mother who gives birth to the Buddhas of the three times, to the Sutra, Vinaya, and Abhidharma, I prostrate with body, speech, and mind. A thousand hands are a thousand Chakravartin kings, a thousand eyes are a thousand Buddhas of the Good Aeon, to whom whatever needs to be tamed, that is what is shown, I prostrate to the venerable Avalokiteshvara. The only one born from the ultimate realm, in the three realms is the venerable Avalokiteshvara, a body like the full moon, without stain, I prostrate to the nature of great compassion. Avalokiteshvara, the lord of the three worlds, although having manifestly become enlightened in the past, yet shows the aspect of the ten bhumis by the power of compassion, I prostrate to the lineage of immeasurable means. Avalokiteshvara, with the crown of the Buddhas, from the palms of his hands pours forth the water of compassion, relieving the hunger, thirst, and suffering of the pretas, I prostrate to the venerable Avalokiteshvara. The wish-fulfilling tree of the three worlds, I prostrate to the one holding the lotus. The Dharmakaya of the Sugatas of the three times, Avalokiteshvara who watches over the six kinds of beings, the eleven faces that pervade like the sky, I prostrate to the majestic Amitabha. The source of glory, Manjushri is the glory of all, pervading all with love, hence the name Manjushri.
