From the play of inseparable Vajra Ḍākinī, the wrathful Īśvarī, the great glorious father and mother of the five families, the assembly of Kārīs, the retinue of siddhas, inner yogis, outer practitioners, male and female, etc., all the inconceivable retinue generated from wisdom and action. Please consider and grant blessings. Furthermore, yogis and yoginis, messengers, male and female, all those who do and obey, and the Vajra Acharyas residing in the ten directions and three times, brothers and sisters who single-mindedly contemplate the meaning of yoga, please consider them. Those who truly act according to the intention of the secret mantra Mahāyoga, please consider and grant blessings. ཧོཿ. In this offering of yoga, the offering of the first offering, Dharma nature arises in Dharma nature, so the great elements are gathered only into the nature of convention, and now play with illusion in illusion. This secret and supreme offering of yoga, combined in the manner of enjoyment, to you great beings together with your retinue, without coercion, considering it a pure first offering, with a joyful and happy mind, the offering goddess takes it with the crown of dance in order to show the fulfillment of desire, filling the endless realm of Dharma in the precious palace of the mandala of the victors, and offering it, in the state of inseparable great bliss, thinking of the spontaneous accomplishment of joy, with great wisdom like the moon in water, playing with illusion in illusion, please enjoy the inexhaustible great treasure of the enjoyment of body, speech, and mind. Confession and request for forgiveness: Now, the lord of offerings and I, the Vajra Holder, together with the retinue, etc., we, the assembly gathered in this secret mandala, first entered the door of the secret Vajrayana, and from the moment of manifestly receiving the great vows, the root and branch vows have been broken and deteriorated, the deity has not been closely practiced, the heart mantra has not been recited purely, and there have been interruptions between many unions, etc.

Destroying the assemblies of those with faith, disturbing the minds of those with virtue, failing to promptly receive the substances of vows, offerings exceeding the time of months and years, short periods of practice, few recitations, samadhi becoming lax, being dominated by laziness and carelessness, not comprehending the deeds and intentions of the Tathagatas, the consciousness of sentient beings becoming self-centered, and especially whatever has declined and deteriorated from the weighty aspects of the vows of practice and the special vows that have been undertaken, all of these I confess and repent with a deeply remorseful mind. From the nature of reality, which is like the sky, please accept the forbearance of the unformed body, and I pray that you increase Brahma as desired. The sutra for requesting accomplishments is: unobstructed wisdom towards all knowable objects, unfailing retention, the six supernormal knowledges, continuous samadhi, a life like a vajra, a body like a swastika, and the great glorious body, speech, and mind, along with the retinue, whatever are the causes and fortune for accomplishments, please grant them now without delay in the future. The prayer for activities and supplications is: for us, the enemies who harbor hatred, the obstructing forces that cause harm, the fierce power, the sharp weapons, the mixed poisons, the four hundred and four diseases, the eighty thousand spirits, the three hundred and sixty evil spirits, the individual bad dreams, and harsh divinations, such as inauspicious years, inauspicious months, and the four executioners, and all unfavorable circumstances, whether arising from the continuation of past life karma or from immediate causes, or from harmful actions caused by humans or non-humans, please avert and pacify all of these. If they cannot be subdued by peaceful means, then subdue and punish them with fierce activities, subjugate and control them, transfer and increase them, torment and suppress them, and how to subdue and suit the four types of activities, fierce and gentle, please do not neglect them, do not take a neutral stance, and do not even let their names be mentioned. May we, who have manifestly entered into this commitment, not experience cutting, severing, or suffering in our bodies, and may we not experience the unbearable suffering of being touched by shadows.
