Everything is complete. May it be a place of solitary auspiciousness and wealth. A place adorned with beautiful and pleasing flowers. May the sweet sound of Dharma and various sounds resound. Having all the qualities and blessed by the teacher. This is the fifth auspiciousness of the ground empowerment. In the past, when the Blessed One was dwelling in Varanasi, he bestowed the empowerment of nectar water upon the glorious Vajrapani, thereby obtaining the power of being free from birth and death. Similarly, by bestowing the empowerment with the water of the vase, one obtains the supreme empowerment of the Vajra body, free from birth and death. The stream of nectar water is the best offering for walking, eliminating all afflictions, suffering, and diseases. It is the supreme nectar water that purifies ignorance. May one obtain a pure body free from birth and death. The ornament on the vase is the wish-fulfilling tree. By pouring out the entire empowerment vase, strive for this nectar vase. This is the stream of nectar water. This is the sixth auspiciousness of empowerment. Basically, here one can also perform the vase empowerment of Kriya (kṛiya, क्रिया, kriyā, action), and one can also perform the vase empowerment of Upaya (upāya, उपाय, upāya, means). Both material empowerments are the same. It is said that the two, Kriya and Upaya, are the same in material empowerment, for the sake of easy entry. Although it is reasonable to combine the two mandalas into one for practice and empowerment, there are many differences in the practice, offerings, and entry into empowerment of the deities and empowerments. Therefore, if they are done separately, there is the advantage of being cleaner and not confusing the rituals. Therefore, here, instead of doing the vase empowerment of Kriya, one enters into the ordinary material empowerment. Basically, in the past, when the Blessed One was dwelling on the summit of Mount Meru, Indra, the lord of the gods, offered a silk sieve of Darukhad as a support for requesting the Dharma, thereby obtaining the supreme power of proclaiming the great sound of Dharma. Similarly, by empowering with Darukhad, one obtains the power of proclaiming the great sound of Dharma. Possessing the great kingdom of Dharma, eliminating all darkness of ignorance, and for the sake of liberating all of Indra's wisdom, may one proclaim all Dharmas as they are understood. A soft and comfortable silk sieve, with seven kinds of colors that are very beautiful, an auspicious object that is beautifully adorned and pleasing, the fluttering seventh auspiciousness of empowerment. In the past, when the Blessed One turned the wheel of Dharma for Indra in the realm of the Thirty-Three, he sat upon a jeweled throne leg that was offered, thereby increasing the wisdom of the Dharma.

In the past, when the Blessed One was dwelling in a forest monastery, a son of the gods of the Thirty-Three used a fly-whisk to fan away bees, thereby being liberated from the fault of clinging to sentient beings. May the ignorance of afflicted sentient beings be eliminated, may the fruit of liberation be attained, and in order to circle at the feet of the Sugata, may the stains of the faults of clinging be purified. In the past, when the Blessed One was dwelling in Rajagriha, the fourfold assembly hung up banners, thereby pacifying the suffering of afflictions.
