The Lord of Secrets said: The offering materials for external offerings are the five offerings and the materials for tormas, white incense, white flowers, sandalwood juice, butter lamps, three sweets, red rulu, red torma, rice, meat and alcohol, etc., to offer to the Protector. Please explain the inner offering. The Lord of Secrets said: Black incense, black flowers, neem juice, butter lamps, rulu with three spicy flavors, large meat, fish meat, beef, torma soaked in blood, alcohol, radishes, garlic, and onions, always offer to the Black Protector. The son of the gods asked: Please explain the secret offering. The Lord of Secrets said: Explaining the secret offering is the offering of the five nectars, the heart of a black person, a black horse, and a black dog, various hearts, powder, and blood, mixed to make a large rulu torma, filling it in a skull cup, and always offering it to the Black Protector. The Lord of Secrets said: The excellent external method of practice is, measuring the palace facing east, making a mandala inside, drawing a lotus, jewels, and flames, decorating the outside with truth, etc., and the white torma is also the same. The outside should be in accordance with the tantra, and done well. Oneself is Vajradhara of Wisdom, with a peaceful demeanor, slightly wrathful. Then, all activities are accomplished with one hundred thousand life-force heart mantras. ཨོྂ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཡཀྵ་དེ་བ་སིང་དྷི་ཡྂ་དུ་ཛྫ། （藏文：ཨོྂ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཡཀྵ་དེ་བ་སིང་དྷི་ཡྂ་དུ་ཛྫ།，梵文天城体：ॐ महाकाल यक्ष देव सिन्धि यं दुज्ज，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahākāla yakṣa deva sindhi yaṃ dujja，汉语字面意思：Om, Mahakala, Yaksha, Deva, Accomplishment, Yam, Dujja!）. Whoever recites this secret mantra of the King of Gods will obtain accomplishment.
