Then, the method of making amulets will be explained. In the tube of the five precious substances, place the wheel of secret mantras. Write and bless the name of the one to be protected. Gugul, musk, and Shudak are also placed in that wheel. Apply paint of five colors and soup of five medicines. After being blessed by the Black Protector, if the one to be protected wears it around their neck, it will protect against all obstacles. The method of protecting life with a phurba is to use wool threads of five colors, or just use black. After blessing seven acacia phurbas with secret mantras, if the one to be protected wears them on their body, it will protect against the harm of dragons. Before the one to be protected is an adult, use three sections of white iron. Five-colored wool threads should also be tied to arrows decorated with vulture feathers. Burn incense of cinnabar and frankincense, and after the mantra practitioner blesses the Protector, place the one to be protected under the pillow, this is permanent protection. From the Mahakala Tantra, the chapter on amulets, the sixteenth section. Then, the method of healing those possessed by dragons will be explained. In a bamboo tube, place the eight treasures of the dragons, and after the mantra practitioner greatly blesses it, place it in the desired place, so that it will not cause harm. The ritual of subduing with fierce methods is to smear eight-finger-long acacia phurbas with gugul and hot ghee. By inserting them in the place that causes harm, the dwelling of the dragons can be destroyed. This is the Black Protector's mantra for tormenting dragons: oṃ mahākāla nāga kṣuṃ thun, jvala jvala, chinda chinda, bandha bandha hūṃ phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོྂ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ནཱ་ག་ཞུང་ཐུན། ཛྭ་ལ་ཛྭ་ལ། ཙྪིནྡྷ་ཙྪིནྡྷ། བྷནྡྷ་བྷནྡྷ་ཧཱུྂ་ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ mahākāla nāga kṣuṃ thun, literal Chinese meaning: Om, Great Black One, Naga, ..., destroy, destroy, bind, bind, Hum, Phat). Nāga sara ya nāga dung dung zaza. From the Mahakala Tantra, the chapter on healing those possessed by dragons, the seventeenth section. Then again, the method of reciting dharanis and making aspirations will be explained. From past lives, the Buddhas have already conferred empowerment, and have protected the Dharma through lifetimes. I prostrate to the compassionate Protector. Namo yoginī, namo ḍākinī. Tadyathā, hili hili, kiti citi, nīti ye svāhā (Tibetan: ན་མོ་ཡོ་གི་ནཱི། ན་མོ་ཏ་གི་ནི། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཧི་ལི་ཧི་ལི། ཀི་ཏི་ཙི་ཏི། ནི་ཏི་ཡེ་སཝཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: namo yoginī, namo ḍākinī, tadyathā, hili hili, kiti citi, nīti ye svāhā, literal Chinese meaning: Homage to the Yoginis, Homage to the Dakinis, Thus, hili hili, kiti citi, nīti ye svāhā). From past lives until now, having vowed to protect the teachings of the Buddhas, at this very moment today, please propagate the Dharma. From the Mahakala Tantra, the chapter on reciting dharanis and making aspirations, the eighteenth section. Then the retinue deities and demons to the Blessed One

And to Vajra. Praise to Vajrasattva. Hūṃ Vajrasattva, great being. Supreme of the great Vajra wisdom. Vajrapani, lord of power and strength. Secret lord, Vajra holder. Wondrous and marvelous, I prostrate and praise you. From the Tantra of the Curved Knife. The nineteenth chapter, praising the chief of the retinue. Then again, praising the chief of the retinue. From the midst of the great charnel ground, blazing like a fire of an eon. The protector who subdues all that has become evil, the Black One. His body is great, dark blue-black. The hero wears a tiger skin. He wears a black cloak of demons. His body is smeared with the mark of ashes. His right hand holds a black curved knife. His left hand holds a great vessel of blood. Blood and fat drip from his mouth. His fangs are like the waxing moon. His three eyes glare like lightning. His reddish-black hair whirls upwards. He has a fierce countenance with furrowed brows. He wears a garland of vessels as a necklace. His belly is large and hangs down. With fierce anger and a fierce frown. Blood drips from his lips and teeth. He is bound with threads of human hair. He dwells in the center of power on a great corpse. He is the embodiment of the great mudra. He is the protector of the sacred teachings. He sits upon a pile of skeletons. He protects the Buddha's teachings as his task. He eats flesh and blood as food. He is the chief of all the charnel ground yakshas. I prostrate to the body of the Black Terrifier. I prostrate to the lord of the heroic wheel. I prostrate to you, the breath of the divine army. By gods and nagas and so forth. To the glorious Black Protector. Having praised with sacred praises. They departed to their respective places. The Black Protector commanded the eight classes of gods and demons of his retinue. Oṃ(藏文:ཨོྂ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马转写:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Gandharvas, fire gods, Yama, And the water gods devoid of truth, the wind gods. Yakshas, powerful earth lords, and so forth. Hosts of gods and hosts of nagas. Rakshasas, zombies, slaying mothers. Together with hosts of naga daughters. Yakshas, demonesses, and hosts of bhutas. Those who delight in flesh and blood. All of you, come here from everywhere. The flesh of bhutas is delicious to eat. The blood of bhutas is delicious to drink. The pus of bhutas is delicious. For the sake of subduing all evil. Devour and drink, quickly liberate. Ma.
