以调伏恶龙的黑者之名，祈请宣说武器事业之轮，为了守护教法。如是祈请后，薄伽梵开示道：谛听，金刚藏！法界与自性觉智，以无二之性，殊胜之子，明智之王，圆满根本与支分的，事业次第我将宣说。如是说。吉祥月密黑海毒山崖之秘密续中，第一品。之后金刚藏如是禀告道：调伏之主，此武器，对于阎罗等死主，如何修持？修持后，杀戮的事业终结如何归结？对此，以真实圆满而确定宣说：三界众生如无明之树，彼之命魂执持者乃是阎罗王，彼即是明智之王的刽子手。阎罗等死主存在于一切众生之中，四日轮以四魔斩断命根，衰损之处，刽子手降临于命，一切星宿的刽子手是八大行星，行星的命刽是行星罗睺罗，行星狼死主存在于一切众生之中，衰损之处，刽子手降临于命。彼之修持次第宣说如下：身语意之功德事业五种，赡洲（世界）之龙众，作为刽子手是五种姓之龙，彼之湿润处是明智之龙魔大者，龙之死主存在于一切众生之中，衰损之处，刽子手降临于命。黑轮是秘密之精华，以轮降伏龙魔黑蛇等，以麻风黑业之轮降伏，以地主命之轮降伏，以罪恶堆积之刽子手轮降伏，以黑蛙诅咒之轮降伏根本之业。支分事业虽多，然于此教言传承中，那伽罗刹，令龙自身降临刽子手，那伽药叉，成办龙之宝珠，那伽质多，遣除龙之诅咒，有毒之龙，作为食物给予实物，对于傲慢者，给予刽子手，对于龙女之众，给予助伴，对于竞争之敌，给予敌对之态。杀戮事业之终结在于，以量度与无量度任何者，大殿的街道门口，鸟栖息之地与哑巴之地，将死主的腹部剖开而给予，给予垫子与制造。

Yama and other lords of death reside in all sentient beings, the four-day wheel cuts off the life force of the four maras, where there is decline, the executioner descends upon the life, the executioner of all the stars is the eight great planets, the life executioner of the planets is the planet Rahula, the planet wolf death lord resides in all sentient beings, where there is decline, the executioner descends upon the life. The order of practice for this is explained as follows: The qualities and activities of body, speech, and mind are fivefold, the Naga hosts of Jambudvipa (the world), as executioners are the Nagas of the five lineages, their moisture is the great intelligent Naga demon, the death lord of the Nagas resides in all sentient beings, where there is decline, the executioner descends upon the life. The black wheel is the essence of secrecy, with the wheel subduing the Naga demons, black snakes, etc., with the wheel of black leprosy karma subduing, with the wheel of the earth lord's life subduing, with the wheel of the executioner of accumulated sins subduing, with the wheel of the black frog curse subduing the root activity.
