Offerings of food and gatherings, etc., should be made as desired. Mandalas, etc., should be made beautiful. The support of mind should be placed in front, and the support of heart should be held within. The stages and images appear within oneself. Practice again and again. Then, perform the generation stage as it is. Self-generation and front-generation are the same. Invite and dissolve, and make offerings. Offer flowers and tormas, and other medicines and fruits, etc. Food and drink, chewable, lickable, swallowable, etc., arrange in various pleasing ways. Perform burning, purification, and blessings. The goddesses of the retinue make offerings to the deities. The yogi, with the remaining enjoyment, gives to yakshas, dakinis, etc., in the manner of servants. These are all transformations of one's own mind. Recite and invoke, etc., and make aspirations. Meditate on the body as a rainbow. Meditate on it as a cliff. Recite and radiate light. Without attachment or conceptualization, make it self-luminous. By striving constantly in this way, signs, dreams, and warmth will arise. Whatever signs of faults or virtues may arise, cut off hope and doubt regarding the signs of joy and warmth. Because it is a transformation of the mind, rest in equanimity and peace. The fruit of striving in this way is the purification of obscurations, the completion of accumulations, and the attainment of the result. Even after abiding on the ground of the Knowledge Holder, clairvoyance will arise and transformations will be shown. Ultimately, there is no doubt that one will become one with the Great Vajradhara. Reading the stages from various instructions is a method for guiding those of small intelligence. It is like teaching a method for enticing children. All objects to which one is attached due to signs of warmth, like the body of a lion collapsing on its own, if one has not become familiar with emptiness oneself, others will not be able to destroy it. Even if one speaks the correct meaning in words, without practice, I will not say that one can attain the meaning. Those of small intelligence practice fleeting thoughts. This is the wrong way to practice vidya-mantra. Desiring happiness is the cause of accumulating sins. How can I say that those who are not within the realm of ordinary minds are realized beings? If one engages in any kind of conceptualization, I will not say that a blissful result will arise. Whatever desires one cultivates, because the existence or non-existence of objects and mind cannot be established, do not think of anything, do not let the support of thought arise. Without fear in body and mind, relax and be at ease. Clear and non-conceptual, like sesame oil in the ocean. Let the mind rest in this way, without attachment. Whatever signs of faults or virtues may arise, without hope or doubt in the mind, because it is one's own mind, rest in equanimity. Ah!

I have no arrogance and no sorrow. When arising from equal purity, forms appear as sounds, etc. Forms, images, rocks, etc., are constant. Without attachment, perform various virtues. Thus, whatever is truly familiar, signs, dream signs, and warmth signs will arise. Do not be happy or sad, but strive diligently. By this, bliss will surely ripen. I have no doubt in what I have said. Non-conceptual clarity is limitless, unobstructed, self-pure, and without other sides. Whatever appears, whatever sounds, whatever is thought, spontaneously arising wisdom dawns as vajra. Clearly, without attachment to that meaning, constantly meditate on the inexpressible mind. That meaning is difficult for all to realize. Having realized and meditated on that meaning, I am equal to all Sugatas. Various qualities will dawn upon that, like the young of a garuda and a lion. The body transforms into the body of the Victorious One, like a wish-fulfilling tree and a precious jewel. By what means are the six realms subdued? Teach the sacred Dharma. Thus it was said. From the Tantra of the Ocean of Actions. The twenty-fourth chapter, on obtaining bliss by separating from samsara. Then, the Protector Black One again asked: Alas! Secret Lord Vajra-holder, to what kind of person is the teaching spoken from your mouth taught? Please explain that meaning to me. The Lord of Secrets replied: Mahakala, listen! Samantabhadra, the Lord of All, possessing the collective body of all Buddhas, from the essence of the Great Vajradhara, for the sake of taming, manifests as a Bodhisattva. The Lord holding the vajra in his hand, the master of power and strength, this teaching that I have spoken, I entrust to you, Mahakala. This profound teaching that I have taught, like earth, water, fire, wind, and space, as well as the ocean, jewels, and the sun, abides in the faultless, excellent nature. It is the lifeblood of all Sugatas. For any Sugata Victorious One, there is no teaching more supreme than this. This essence of the teaching that I have taught, Mahakala, listen, practice with wisdom without doubt. Without wrong views and stinginess, without praising evil and slandering good, with little faith, distracted, desiring fame, self-serving, striving only for this life, straying into the Hinayana scriptures without vows. Do not teach them. They deviate from the path, not for themselves but for the Three Jewels, not for this meaning but for Bodhi, for the faultless qualities of the teaching, Kala, whatever pleases you, with earnest instructions.
