从坛城之中，生起忿怒食者怖畏之身。 黑发母至毒，威猛哈拉之身。 深蓝黑色，不驯服，散发怖畏的光芒。 发髻如红云，覆盖整个天空。 食者之首，以嗔镇压五毒。 耳中发出雷鸣，鼻中降下猛烈的沙尘暴。 眼中燃起火焰，将四魔焚为灰烬，鼻中发出吽~ྂ之声，充满世界。 口中散布血疫，降下世间瘟疫。 以凶猛的獠牙，食者度化空界。 右手持着取出心脏的九百个吉打（梵文：citta，意为心）。 左手散布九十万只使者母狼。 黑发母的衣袖，使世界毁灭。 敲击手杖，将三界魔众收为己用。 以僧伽楞木橛，从根斩断生死。 千条黑蛇，装饰头颅和肢体。 无量田地良舍，投入事业之中。 虎皮裙，将三有之命脉夺走。 事业猛烈，血与油的痕迹。 双足或伸或屈，以威压刺穿心间。 一切尽摄，黑发母至毒者。 向具力黑母之身，顶礼赞叹。 如是，以此三十字，献上念诵。 玛玛扎ra夏卡门扎。 萨玛雅巴拉度昆度。 诶嘎扎智斯德巴扎格ra卓达玛扎布呦布呦。 出自黑心橛续。 念诵、咒语的数量与供品之仪轨，即第二品。 此后，宣说成就之咒语，以及降伏与灌顶。 如是念诵圆满后，宣说此十七字。 扎ra夏心卡门扎。 扎ra母顿布呦扎。 此为降伏。 扎ra夏心棒热。 心卡ra格德达热。 杂列木热棒。 杂列美。 索通热。 索棒热。 如是催请。 吽~ྂ（藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。 从五毒摄伏之坛城中，黑发母至毒者。 身乃深蓝黑色，剧毒粗暴者。 首乃嗔恨，发髻竖立者。 如是，以嗔恨之火，焚为灰烬。 以深蓝之毒，迷醉而杀害。 右手持着嗔恨吉打（梵文：citta，意为心）。 将仇敌之心，剁成碎片。 取出仇敌之心的时刻已到。 左手散布嗔恨母狼。 奔赴仇敌之处。 散布大怖畏之使者。 斩断生命之根源，速来！ 心之续

From the center of the mandala, arises the wrathful, flesh-eating, terrifying form. The black-haired mother, utterly poisonous, the fierce form of Hala. Deep blue-black, untamed, radiating terrifying light. The hair like red clouds, covering the entire sky. The head of the flesh-eater, suppressing the five poisons with anger. Thunder roars from the ears, a fierce sandstorm descends from the nose. Flames blaze from the eyes, burning the four maras to ashes, the sound of Hūṃ~ྂ from the nose fills the world. From the mouth spreads blood plague, descending worldly epidemics. With fierce fangs, the flesh-eater liberates the empty realm. The right hand holds nine hundred cittas (Sanskrit: citta, meaning mind) extracted from hearts. The left hand scatters nine hundred thousand messenger she-wolves. The sleeves of the black-haired mother cause the world to collapse. Striking the staff, subduing the three realms of demons. With the sengdeng phurba (acacia wood stake), cutting off birth and death from the root. A thousand black snakes adorn the head and limbs. Limitless fields and pastures, engaging in activity. The tiger skin loincloth, seizing the life force of the three realms. The activity is fierce, traces of blood and fat. The feet either extended or bent, piercing the heart with pressure. Subduing all, the black-haired mother, utterly poisonous. To the form of the powerful black mother, I prostrate and praise. Thus, with these thirty letters, I offer the recitation. Mama Trak Raksha Kha Muntra. Samaya Bala Duk Kunduk. Eka Jati Stip Ta Chakra Krodha Maja Bhayo Bhayo. From the Tantra of the Black Heart Dagger. The second chapter, on the number of recitations, mantras, and the ritual of offerings. Thereafter, the mantra for accomplishment is proclaimed, as well as subjugation and empowerment. Thus, having completed the recitation, these seventeen letters are proclaimed. Trak Raksha Heart Kha Muntra. Trak Raksha Mo Dun Bhayo Ja. This is for subjugation. Trak Raksha Heart Bam Rel. Heart Kha Rakti Ta Rab. Tsak Le Muru Bam. Tsak Le Me. Sok Tum Rab. Sok Bam Rel. Thus, one should urge. Hūṃ~ྂ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). From the mandala of subduing the five poisons, the black-haired mother, utterly poisonous. The form is deep blue-black, extremely poisonous and violent. The head is wrathful, with hair standing on end. Thus, with the fire of anger, burn to ashes. With the deep blue poison, intoxicate and kill. The right hand holds the angry citta (Sanskrit: citta, meaning mind). Chopping the enemy's heart into pieces. The time has come to extract the enemy's heart. The left hand scatters the angry she-wolves. Rushing to the enemy's place. Scattering the messengers of great terror. Cut off the root of life, come quickly! The lineage of the heart.
