Either like a red rock copper-colored, or like a Rakshasa woman's ball, or a new or old charnel ground, or take a pleasing place. The sky is like a triangular crescent moon, in a place that is in harmony with them, the practitioner should take food. Then, the mandala should be arranged, placing four arrows at the four corners, inside writing the letter Trak (藏文：ཏྲག་，梵文天城体：त्रक्，梵文罗马拟音：traka，字面意思：扎) with blood, recognize the four skulls, four lingas complete with the four consciousnesses, recognize each of the four individually.
