进行秘密忏悔。进行沐浴、朵玛和补阙忏悔。念诵二十一赞。念诵七遍、七遍、三七遍。因为是至尊，所以要修持。如果出现门巴女，那就是真正的女性。因为已经成就，所以要获得成就。没有成就的征兆是：如果出现像婢女一样，那就是不好。如果出现像女主人一样，那就是不好。向外顶礼非常不好。如果出现羊和马，那就是不好。内心不悦，想要离开。这是自己过失的检验。广做补阙仪式。如果发出嗖嗖的声音，那就是清晰且刺耳。用黑鸟黑羊进行供养。如果饥饿想要别人的食物，用精华和朵玛进行供养。如果昏沉和模糊，那就是被障碍所侵扰。进行补阙和忏悔，以及沐浴和梵天的仪式。如果散乱不专注，那就是有障碍。清晰且清净，那就是听从教诲。衡量已经成就的征兆是：如果出现阿妈一样，那就是好。如果出现丑女一样，那就是好。如果出现朋友一样，那就是好。如果出现姐妹一样，那就是好。如果出现女仆一样，那就是好。如果出现朋友一样，那就是好。如果出现食物饮料宝藏，那就是好。恭敬顶礼绕转。这些是好的征兆。其他的征兆是：出现麻风病人男女，出现寡妇，出现瑜伽士男女，瞎子乞丐，哭泣并乞求佛法，脸朝下睡觉和坐着，展示女性生殖器，恐惧和毛骨悚然，火焰燃烧，血液的雾气弥漫，黑色凶猛无法制服地殴打，梦见大海翻滚。这些是不好的征兆，所以要内外猛烈地进行补阙忏悔。大声呼喊捶胸顿足，顶礼供养梦中殴打。这些是外在的征兆。特别是展示征兆，展示血供的征兆。血液显现沸腾，火焰燃烧光芒四射，发出美妙的声音。烟雾弥漫，蒸汽产生。那时获得语的成就。当出现上述征兆的时候，那时获得身的成就。因此，心供的征兆是：（藏文：ཙིཏྟ་，梵文天城体：चित्त，梵文罗马拟音：citta，汉语字面意思：心）显现出来，心跳动和燃烧，（藏文：ཙིཏྟ་，梵文天城体：चित्त，梵文罗马拟音：citta，汉语字面意思：心）摇曳并展示，本尊真实显现，身像真实展示。

If a Monpa woman appears, that is the real woman. Because it is accomplished, receive the accomplishment. The signs of non-accomplishment are: if it appears like a maidservant, that is bad. If it appears like a mistress, that is bad. Prostrating outwards is very bad. If sheep and horses appear, that is bad. The heart is unhappy and wants to leave. This is the examination of one's own faults. Perform the fulfillment ritual extensively. If it makes a whooshing sound, that is clear and piercing. Fulfill with black birds and black sheep. If hungry and wanting others' food, fulfill with essence and torma. If drowsy and murky, that is afflicted by obscurations. Perform fulfillment and confession, as well as bathing and Brahma rituals. If distracted and unfocused, that is because there are obstacles. Clear and pure, that is obedient to the teachings. Measuring the signs of accomplishment: if it appears like a mother, that is good. If it appears like an ugly woman, that is good. If it appears like a friend, that is good. If it appears like a sister, that is good. If it appears like a female servant, that is good. If it appears like a friend, that is good. If food, drink, and treasures appear, that is good. Respectfully prostrate and circumambulate. These are said to be good signs. Other signs are: lepers, male and female, appear, widows appear, yogis, male and female, blind beggars, crying and begging for Dharma, sleeping and sitting face down, showing the female genitals, fear and goosebumps, fire burning, a mist of blood billowing, black and fierce, unable to subdue, beating, dreaming of the great ocean churning. These are bad signs, so perform intense fulfillment and confession, internally and externally. Shout loudly, beat the chest, stomp the feet, prostrate, make offerings, dream of beating. These are external signs. Especially showing the signs, showing the signs of blood offerings. Blood manifestly boils, fire burns, light radiates, beautiful sounds resound. Smoke billows and vapor arises. At that time, receive the accomplishment of speech. When the above signs appear, at that time, receive the accomplishment of body. 从伊处获得意之成就，所示乃毒食之征相：毒之食具摇动，跳动与摆动，沸腾与气出膨胀，火燃与光芒四射，气味香甜与呕吐乃毒食成就之征相。此后获得功德成就，以彼定猛烈击打毒食。橛食之征相所示乃：三角中央之橛根处，出现猛兽之足迹即为成就。此外，无论出现何种足迹，彼亦为橛食成就之征相。橛动摇与摆动，光芒四射与火燃，彼亦为橛食成就之征相。行事业成就当取之，以猛烈橛食击打后，芥子食之征相所示乃：芥子跳动而供养，芥子燃烧而发声，芥子煮后施与，芥子猛烈成就之征相。取猛咒诅咒之成就，猛咒芥子食极力击打。赤色短剑刺向龇咧之声，龇咧之声刺向赤色短剑，搅动与回遮之时抓住，杀害男女回遮橛，以搅动与调伏之口诀，猛烈击打所缘之灵牌，外为诸根内为阿赖耶，反复不断击打之，亦能解脱三有轮回。如是说。所示六食之征相之章节，即第十八章节。能带来安乐之天女又启请：具吉祥之自生女王，您是征相与特征之主，因此有何特殊之敌相？请自生女王讲述。如是启请后，自生女王赐予开示：彼处所示之敌相乃：杀牦牛、山羊与牛，彼亦为中等敌相。杀害野兽与猛兽，驱赶狗群与杀麝香，设陷阱杀鸟雀，设罗网杀野兽，穿戴盔甲击打兵器，点燃箭矢，邀战军队交战争斗，砍伐树木点燃火焰劈开岩石，彼等出现乃敌相，彼乃中等敌相之征相。独自一人坐着做着其他事情，手中掉落兵器，将盔甲给予他人，自己独自一人呆着，沉入地下，向下坠落并做梦。

These are the signs shown for phurba food: At the base of the phurba in the center of the triangle, the footprint of a wild animal appearing is accomplishment. Furthermore, whatever footprints appear, that is also a sign of the accomplishment of phurba food. The phurba moves and sways, light radiates and fire blazes, that is also a sign of the accomplishment of phurba food. Accomplish the activity siddhi. Having struck with fierce phurba food, these are the signs shown for mustard seed food: The mustard seeds throb and are offered, the mustard seeds burn and make sound, the mustard seeds are cooked and given, these are the signs of the fierce accomplishment of mustard seeds. Those are the signs of a medium enemy. Sitting and doing other things alone, weapons falling from the hand, giving armor to others, being alone by oneself, sinking under the earth, falling downwards and dreaming.
