and the vajra and messengers of those who practice should be done constantly. If I do not act according to the vows I have made, then I have now deceived the Bhagavan. Therefore, may the essence of my own life burn into flames, and may my body and life be burned like ashes, and may I become a great sentient being in the great hell of Avici. Thus he prayed and made a vow. Then, when the glorious black goddess received empowerment and blessings and became a holder of vows, the retinue, headed by Indra, offered their respective ornaments and weapons. Here, Indra offered the vajra. The glorious Brahma offered the peacock banner, the pervading one offered the sun and moon banners, the son of Vaishravana offered the lion banner, the sky god offered the bell, the dragon kings offered the snake ornaments, the earth lord offered the tiger banner, the rakshasa women and flesh-eating women offered the skull rosary, utensils of blood and fat, and the glorious black mother offered the spear. Like these retinues, they offered their respective ornaments, utensils, and weapons, etc. The kings who praised the glorious black goddess also praised her. The black goddess also became the possessor of unparalleled power and strength in the three realms. In the Tantra of the Glorious Black Goddess's Secret Collection, the first chapter, called "The Chapter of the Beginning," ends. Then, the Lord of Secrets said, "Bhagavan, in order to make the Sugata's teachings abide for a long time, please teach the samadhi of the glorious goddess, the mantra of invocation and offering, and her support, the image, as well as the mantras of summoning, cursing, killing, accomplishment, and daily practice, as well as the mandala of destruction and accomplishment, and the mandala of activity, and the substances of accomplishment, and the substances of activity, and the placement of the peg, and the piercing with weapons and the fire offering, and the throwing of the substitute torma, and the suppression, and the activities of hail-dropping." After praying thus, the Bhagavan said, "Lord of Secrets, the samadhi of the goddess is: ཡ༷་བ་ར་ར༷། (Tibetan)ཨགྣེཛྭལར༷།(Sanskrit Devanagari)Agne jvala(Sanskrit Romanization)Fire, burning. In the center (of the mandala), generate a palace of skulls, namely: Sgya bi sha bi shu rnye ka pa la hu (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning). Within it, recite: Go (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) 719༄༅། །Ra ti ga ra pa ta hu (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning). By this, generate an iron scorpion horse. On its saddle, from the assembled mother letter 'phre 'dus (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning): O nag po dun ting la dun ting smyo (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning). Manifest the Black Goddess, with a deep blue-black body, hair swirling from right to left, mouth open, bared fangs, blood-red eyes, gazing with wrath, possessing a field foundation, tiger skin skirt, snake ornaments, and a garland of skulls. In her two right hands, she holds a katari sword and an arrow that eliminates diseases. In her left hands, she holds skull blood and an illusory mirror. This is from the Black Woman's Peaceful Secret Tantra, the Second Chapter: The Secret of Samadhi. Then, the Bhagavan spoke this mantra of invitation and offering. The practitioner with firm confidence, with the iron hook mudra, invites and abides, offers offerings and torma. Dza hu ba ho (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning). Nag mo dun smyo (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning). Thus, invite and merge into non-duality, and offer the torma. This is from the Black Woman's Peaceful Secret Tantra, the Third Chapter: Inviting, Abiding, and Offering. Then, the Bhagavan spoke of the support for practice, the image of the deity. The image of the deity as the support for visualization should be drawn by a painter who knows secrets and keeps vows, going to a solitary place, on a shroud in a charnel ground, skillfully painted with colors. Deep blue-black, one face, four arms, mouth open, bared fangs, blood-red eyes, possessing a field foundation and tiger ear ornaments, a snake necklace, and a garland of skulls. The root hands, right and left, hold a katari sword and skull blood, respectively. Below the two right and left hands, brandish an iron stake and a coiled snake lasso. With a scorpion as a seat, appearing in a wrathful form, residing in the great charnel ground. After drawing, perform the empowerment and offer offerings, reciting the secret mantra of practice millions of times.
