In Tibetan: The Secret Tantra of Accomplishing the Life-Force of the Glorious Black Goddess's Heart. Homage to the Bhagavan Vajra Heruka! Thus have I heard, at one time, the Bhagavan, the Great Glorious Vajradhara, together with his sons and retinue, was dwelling in the pure space of the lotus womb. The Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, and others, the mother of demons, the sister of Yama, named the Glorious Black Goddess, seeing the mandala of her own nature, before the Buddhas who have passed away, made a vow to protect the teachings of the present Tathagata Shakyamuni, to mature in the Buddha-field in the future, and those who have made vows of prophecy, were dwelling together. Moreover, those who have not seen the mandala of their own nature, such as Indra, Brahma, Yama, Rakshasa, flesh-eaters, Yakshas, Black Mothers, Rahu, Kumbhanda, Gandharvas, Kinnaras, Asuras, Garudas, Mothers, Dakinis, Dakinis, the Mistress of Dakinis, the Glorious Black Goddess, etc., 713༄༅། །all the assemblies were dwelling together at one time. 为了使之长久住世且兴盛，我们以对如来们的顶礼、供养、皈依、信心、敬仰以及忆念的加持，祈愿如来及其眷属显现在我们面前。就在那时，如来及其眷属显现在眼前。之后，帝释天等心生欢喜和愉悦，用天上的花朵曼陀罗瓦和各种鲜花供养，并降下了盛大的珍宝之雨。然后，秘密主金刚手说道：帝释天等，为了你们守护佛教，请向吉祥黑女祈求。说完之后，帝释天等世间眷属，对吉祥黑女进行供养和赞颂，并说道：请您守护佛教。吉祥黑女说道：何为教法？守护又是如何？不守护会有什么过失？帝释天等说道：教法指的是经藏、律藏和论藏，即所有佛陀的教言。守护指的是使其长久住世，即断除和制裁那些阻碍讲说、听闻、禅修、受持、读诵、通达和如理作意的人。要扶持和救护讲说等，使眷属和受用增多和兴盛。如果不守护会有什么过失呢？不听三宝的教诲，人和非人等会进行阻碍，由于这个原因，佛教将不会长久住世。说完之后，吉祥黑女从自己的座位上站起来，向薄伽梵绕了成百上千圈并顶礼，合掌说道：薄伽梵，善逝，我将守护佛教和正法。

In order to make it abide long and flourish, we, through the blessings of prostrations, offerings, refuge, faith, devotion, and mindfulness to the Tathagatas, pray that the Tathagatas with their retinue may appear before us. At that moment, the Tathagatas with their retinue appeared before us. Then, Indra and others, feeling joy and delight, offered heavenly flowers, Mandarava, and various flowers, and visibly rained down a great rain of jewels. Then, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, said: Indra and others, for you to protect the Buddha's teachings, please make a request to the glorious black goddess. After saying this, Indra and other worldly retinues made offerings and praises to the glorious black goddess, saying: Please protect the Buddha's teachings. The glorious black goddess said: What is the teaching? What is protection like? What is the fault if it is not protected? Indra and others said: The teaching refers to the Sutras, Vinaya, and Abhidharma, which are all the words of the Victorious One. Protection means to make it abide long in the world, which is to eliminate and punish those who obstruct teaching, listening, meditating, upholding, reading, comprehending, and properly attending to it. To support and protect the teaching, and to increase and prosper the retinue and resources. What fault would there be if it were not protected? Not listening to the teachings of the Three Jewels, humans and non-humans will obstruct, and because of this, the Buddha's teachings will not abide long in the world. After saying this, the glorious black goddess rose from her seat, circumambulated the Bhagavan hundreds and thousands of times, prostrated, and with palms joined, said: Bhagavan, Sugata, I will protect the Buddha's teachings and the sacred Dharma.
