It is said that this is the teaching of (Padmasambhava), rising like the sun with its radiant light. The sun is not made by others, unchanging in the three times, the mother who treats all equally, although the realms of self-manifestation appear different, it does not waver. There is no enlightenment through inversion and confusion, it does not come from elsewhere, but is self-luminous, without any antidote, unchanging in the three times and its nature is not extinguished, the power of wisdom pervades, possessing the nature of parents who treat all equally, so there is no need to seek it externally. The various manifestations of Samantabhadra Vajrasattva, although the bodies of the Buddhas appear in various forms, all are like jewels, accomplished through the practice of meaning and action. Things are not fixed, one essence manifests in many forms, even if it manifests, it has never moved from the Dharmadhatu. The so-called "immovable is the Tathagata," thus it is said, therefore one can understand the truth. The five blood-drinking families and all the retinue asked: Great Vajra Assembly, what is the meaning for us that is not inverted and confused? After asking this, the Great Vajra Assembly taught: Listen, most of the retinue! Your meaning is unique but countless. Pervading all but without self-nature. Not artificially made. Self-luminous. Becoming the essence of all things. Unspeakable. Speech is the essence of all things. Without words. Cutting off the path of words. Is the master of all things. Is the creator of all things. Existing in various ways. Is the essence of all things. After saying this, all the retinue were terrified, fainted, and then prayed: We have never seen or known this before, it is so wonderful! The Sugata is so wonderful! Uttering the sound "Alala Ho," they felt very happy. The Dharmata and self-nature were united and empowered, and all attained realization at the same time. The Lord of Secrets asked: Does such a (Dharmata) with the nature of meaning exist equally in all beings? The Great Vajra Assembly taught: Self-nature exists naturally, but is obscured by oneself. Pervading all, but not seen. Being together, but not recognized.

Even when the sky is clear, it is similar to being covered by clouds. What is the way to know these? Know that you have what others do not. Oneself or having abandoned, in the ocean. Eliminating the mind of the mind, it cannot be found. Finding that, one realizes a warmth. Realizing a warmth, one realizes a meaning. After realizing the meaning, in that one and only Suchness. Even if one seeks the meaning of what is called "other," the Buddhas cannot find it. Thus it was said. The Lord of Secrets then asked again: The state of such a great Vajra Assembly, by practicing the conduct of ignorant secret mantras like sound, one is born as a great demon of a flesh-eating ghost. One experiences many sufferings of the three realms of samsara. One takes inconceivable various different births. By evil union, one brings everything under control. Having gone to the great demon of Rudra. All sentient beings, that which does not even have the name of white dharma, how is one to subdue it? After thus requesting. The Great Vajra Assembly said: Lord of Secrets, listen! The method of subduing this is that others cannot subdue it. This is my field of activity. It is my action. It is my activity. When thus it was said, the Lord of Secrets and others all together praised, saying: Good! Very good! Thus they praised. From the Secret Tantra of Vajrabhairava, the chapter on discussing and showing permission, which is the second chapter. Then, the Bhagavan Great Vajra Assembly, having entered into the samadhi called Subduing the Wicked, spoke thus: Lord of Secrets, listen! This is such a nature. In the initial eon of the past, because one did not meet the teacher and the nature of the Dharma, it became the root of contention, and one trampled with one's feet. One experienced various sufferings. Afterwards, connected by the karma of the past, one became a flesh-eating ghost with wings. To all sentient beings, one showed various harmful illusions. One brought the desire realm and the form realm under control. Various different diseases. And eighteen kinds that became ghosts. And thirty-six yakshas, all were filled. The Buddha's teachings faced destruction, and although one showed various actions, one was not able to subdue him. Lord of Secrets
