金刚忿怒大王秘密续。藏语：金刚怖畏大王续之王大秘密。 顶礼薄伽梵吉祥怖畏金刚王！ 此后，秘密主金刚大集者，乃一切有之主，一切佛之体性，一切种姓之作者，秘密者亦极秘密者，以怖畏之身种种相，怖畏之语种种，怖畏之意无分别之意，具一切智，为调伏有情之义而作不可思议之事。于此，怖畏金刚之忿怒显现而作义利，以怖畏之身相作有情之义利，化现八百俱胝千八百头，八足。身以威严之相，以八吉祥饰庄严，口中发出“ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）”如龙吟之声，如是之导师。处所乃色究竟天之大处所，无边无中，青黑色燃烧之宫殿，事业四种自性成就，以种种尸林之饰庄严，以四无量门自性而入，化身之座自性成就，一切顶端汇聚一处，一切因皆从自之明觉所生，内外皆无，如是尸林之宫殿存在，乃自性之住处。 秘密之母，乃增长一切轮涅之普贤佛母，未离无生之义，明觉之力量显现如忿怒，一面二臂，双足以苦行瑜伽士之姿安住，以饰物与装束庄严，具虚空与智慧之手，具三智之三目，为具空性智慧之义而发髻呈青黑色，五蕴清净为处所之五大饮血尊，五大种清净为处所之五忿怒母秘密之母，十力清净为处所之十忿怒尊，十度清净为处所之十忿怒母，十识清净为处所之十化身，十执清净为处所之十颅鬘母。

Here, the wrathful form of Bhairava appears and accomplishes the purpose, accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings with a terrifying appearance. Eight hundred million, one thousand eight hundred heads, and eight feet are manifested. The body is adorned with the eight auspicious symbols in a majestic manner. The Secret Mother, the Samantabhadri who expands all samsara and nirvana, not deviating from the meaning of no birth, the power of awareness appears as wrathful, one face and two arms, the feet abide in the manner of a renunciate ascetic, adorned with ornaments and attire, possessing the hands of space and wisdom, possessing three eyes with three kinds of knowledge, the hair is dark blue for the sake of possessing the wisdom of emptiness, the five skandhas are purified into the five great Herukas, the five elements are purified into the five wrathful mothers, the secret mother, the ten powers are purified into the ten wrathful ones, the ten perfections are purified into the ten wrathful mothers, the ten consciousnesses are purified into the ten emanations, the ten grasping are purified into the ten skull garland mothers.
