The six holes of the nose swirl with black wind, the six ears thunder and roar. The three faces emit the sounds of Kīlaya and Rulu, causing the four corners of the earth to tremble. The body rises as high as Mount Sumeru. The mouth opens as wide as the sky, devouring, and then expelling from the buttocks, causing fear and trembling. The eyes turn blue and flicker. I take refuge in you, the Sugata. Please do not kill me, but accept me with compassion. Please take my children and retinue into your retinue. Please accept this white body of mine and show your right face as white. Then, the Bhagavan (藏文：བྷ་ག་ཝཱན་，梵文天城体：भगवन्，梵文罗马拟音：bhagavan，汉语字面意思：Blessed One) said: 'Enemies who obstruct accomplishment, those who are cruel and possess evil thoughts, quickly seize and bind them! ཤཱི་གྷྲྂ་ཨཱ་ན་ཡ་ཧཱུྂ་ཕཊ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning)' Having said this, he offered the essence of his life: 'ས་རི་ས་ཉ་རི་ས་ཛཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning)'. He offered nine sons and eighteen black-skinned wives, requesting empowerment and blessings. He promised to perform the actions of killing, reviving, subduing, and severing. He was named King Wisdom One-Eyed, and his wife was named Great Self-Possessed Mother. He also offered a garland of skulls. The nine sons were named the Nine Fierce Demon Brothers, and the eighteen sons were named the Eighteen Regional Officials. A tall, gray-white man with a ram's head, and his wife, a woman with a dog's head, leading thousands of sons, were harming all sentient beings. Trembling, with flickering eyes, he requested: Please take my children and retinue into your retinue. Please take my garment, this wet elephant skin, and use it as your adornment. He offered it.
