The yogi with faith should diligently engage in this activity. There are three kinds of tsok khorlo (assembly wheel): superior, intermediate, and inferior, which are called outer, inner, and secret. In order to make up for broken vows, one should perform the inner tsok khorlo. When accumulating merit and increasing fortune, one should perform the outer tsok khorlo. When generating non-conceptual wisdom, one should perform the secret tsok khorlo. By whichever of these three tsok khorlos, one can purify obscurations and lead to the path of liberation. Through this great tsok khorlo, the Herukas and Herukas of the five families, as well as the ten wrathful deities, their consorts, and the assembly of messengers, offerings and accomplishments arise spontaneously. The retinue of wrathful kings and the assembly of servants, messengers listen to commands and obey instructions, liberating all afflictions of the three realms, and attaining supreme and common accomplishments. Kings, Brahmins, householders, and others subdue the pride of merit. Pacify harm and malice, and increase wealth. Liberate those who are malicious and harbor hatred. Therefore, the tsok khorlo should also be performed with great importance. From the Tantra of Vajrakila's Activity, the thirteenth chapter, the chapter on the Tsok Khorlo, is complete. Then, praise the burning, pressing, and throwing of the Vajrakila. In the great mandala of the heart, in the six pieces of corpse skull fragments, place various blood, poisons, names, and bones. Place the birth date, mustard seeds, and exorcism objects. Gather black barley, black stones, copper, iron powder, and everything as substitute materials. Or you can also make an arrow substitute. Smear the feathers of spotted birds, crows, and owls on the bamboo arrow. Make a flawless arrow twelve fingers long, smear it with blood and poison, and insert it into the mandala of the heart. Pour black copper into the vast field. The mantra of fierce activity is: Black Mother, Wrathful Mother, Wrathful Wrinkled One. Visualize placing Tara on the left. With the fierce activity kila, stab and kill the object to be killed. Each of their root mantras and activity mantras should be practiced with great diligence on the substitute arrow. Make seven small kilas and praise them. Drill holes at the base of the feathers and insert them into the arrow. Pour in mustard seeds and fierce substances, while reciting and pouring. Ah Ra Ya! Forcefully urge the assembly of the Karma Samaya, likewise urge the emanation of wrath. Possessing warmth, throw the zor, the Mamo zor at night, the Rakshasa zor thrown at dawn. Open the zor path, thrown by wrath, also observe the omens of arrow and skull zor. If the zor is reversed, repeat seven or nine times, then forcefully urge and throw. Those who are malicious and possess hatred, will be liberated in an instant. Throw black stones, throw with stones, the sparks of arrow-throwing missiles, scatter to the right and scatter to the left, grasp the warmth of the reversal. Likewise observe the blood, appearing numb, swirling, and scattering. Observe the appearance of the omens, throw the zor intensely. The overturned skull zor and the reversed omens, should be known as external signs. The conclusion of all actions is the urging of the zor. Suppress with the four activities, from the letter "E" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ए, Romanized Sanskrit: e, Literal Chinese meaning: Alas) generate a triangular mandala. Burn in the heap of the fire of the eon, burn the imprints of the wisdom fire, those who possess the five afflictions, those who are malicious and possess hatred, before bodhicitta is born, should never be abandoned, the wrathful lord, father, mother, and son.
