Adornment. Then give the fifth of the fourth, and the fourth of the fifth. Below, give the sixth and the first. Thirteen vowel letters are adorned. This is the essence of the tantra. Always recite and offer torma. From the Secret Life-Vessel of the Glorious Goddess Cittā, the fifth chapter, which teaches how to gather the essence mantras. Then, the Bhagavan spoke of this mandala of accomplishment. The mandala has four sides, adorned with yellow paint. Its mandala is triangular, smeared black with charnel ground charcoal. It is called the fierce mandala. Its center is round, the periphery white in a peaceful manner. Its center is triangular, black is the symbol of the realm of dharma. Three crescent moons are the symbol of power. Its accomplishment substances should be explained. A royal lineage bhandha, complete with characteristics, is gathered in a willow tree. Nectar, red flesh, gi-hang, camphor, large meat, large oil, the heart of nalbu, fruit, and the best jaggery are used to fill and place it. On a bhandha similar to this, adorned with the essence of the goddess, placed facing each other in the center of the mandala, when signs and omens appear, take the siddhi and protect the vows. Large meat is incense, large oil is fire, flowers born from poison, and the essence of red secret and the best. Skull back to back, the great drum makes a sound, the bell of the bhandha, the conch of the leg bone, the great skin victory banner, a black silk parasol, and a fan made of a corpse's arm, are gathered as substances for accomplishment. From the Secret Life-Vessel of the Glorious Goddess Cittā, the sixth chapter, which describes drawing the mandala of accomplishment and placing the substances. Then, the Bhagavan spoke of the foundation for constructing the mandala of action, and the method of gathering charnel ground substances. Dig three stacked triangles inside, like steps of a good dharma. Inside, smear with charnel ground charcoal. Make three crescent moons red. The periphery is white, the square is yellow, and the final one is surrounded by a garland of fire. On the first layer of the triangular steps, hang a garland of skulls. On the second, a sword, and on the third, an arrow. Bless and place them. Inside, spread the mat of a widow, facing the image of six impurities, all characteristics are complete, possessing three heats.
