吉祥黑女神心髓命修秘密续。 印度语：Śrīdevīkālīcittasādhanaguhyatantra。 藏语：吉祥黑女神心髓命修秘密续。 顶礼薄伽梵金刚黑汝嘎！ 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵大金刚持与诸子眷属住于清净莲花胎藏之中。 复有菩提萨埵摩诃萨埵秘密主吉祥金刚手，复有魔母阎魔之妹吉祥天女，现见自性坛城，于过去诸如来前立誓，今为守护如来释迦牟尼佛之教法而发愿，未来于佛地成熟并受记之发愿者，一同安住。 复有未见自性坛城者，如帝释天、阎魔、罗刹、食肉鬼、药叉、黑母、饿鬼、鸠槃荼、乾闼婆、紧那罗、阿修罗、迦楼罗、母鬼、空行母、空行母之主吉祥大黑天等一同安住。 彼时，秘密主金刚手从座而起，向未见自性坛城者说道：帝释天等汝等应向如来及诸子眷属顶礼、供养、皈依，并信奉清净之方。 帝释天等 称念十方诸佛之名而顶礼、皈依，并信奉、爱乐清净之方，合掌恭敬而立，如是说道：为令佛法长久住世，广弘于世，我等以顶礼、供养、皈依、信奉、爱乐、作意之加持力，令如来及诸子眷属现于我前。

In Tibetan: The Secret Tantra of the Heart Essence Life Practice of Glorious Black Goddess. Homage to the Bhagavan Vajra Heruka! Thus have I heard. At one time, the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara, together with his sons and retinue, was dwelling in the perfectly pure lotus womb of the consort. Furthermore, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the Lord of Secrets, the glorious Vajrapani, and also the demon mother, the sister of Yama, the glorious goddess, who sees the mandala of her own nature, who made vows before the Buddhas of the past, who has made aspirations to protect the teachings of the Tathagata Shakyamuni Buddha in the present, and who has aspirations to mature on the Buddha's ground in the future and be prophesied, were dwelling together. Furthermore, those who have not seen the mandala of their own nature, such as Indra, Yama, Rakshasa, flesh-eaters, Yakshas, black mothers, hungry ghosts, Kumbhandas, Gandharvas, Kinnaras, Asuras, Garudas, mothers, Dakinis, and the lord of Dakinis, the glorious Great Black One, were dwelling together. At that time, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, arose from his seat and said to those who had not seen the mandala of their own nature: Indra and the others, you should pay homage, make offerings, take refuge, and have faith in the pure side to the Tathagata and his sons and retinue. Indra and the others, reciting the names of the Buddhas of the ten directions, paid homage, took refuge, and had faith and devotion in the pure side, and stood respectfully with folded hands, saying: In order to make the Buddha's Dharma abide in the world for a long time and spread widely in the world, we, through the blessings of homage, offerings, refuge, faith, devotion, and attention, may the Tathagata and his sons and retinue appear before us.

愿如是显现。如是祈愿后，刹那间，如来及其眷属皆显现。之后，帝释天等生起欢喜与愉悦，以天花曼陀罗等供养，并降下盛大的珍宝之雨。之后，秘密主金刚手如是说：帝释天等，为了你们守护佛陀的教法，请向吉祥黑女祈请。帝释天等世间眷属对吉祥黑女作供养和赞颂，并如是说：请您守护教法。吉祥黑女说：教法是指什么？守护是指什么样？不守护会有什么过失？（他们回答说：）教法是指经藏、律藏、论藏，即一切佛陀的教言，成为三藏。守护是指在世间长久住留。对于受持、听闻、思维、忆持、读诵、完全通达和如理作意者，要消除损害并加以惩罚。对于受持等要守护和救护，使眷属和受用增长广大。如果不守护，三宝的教令便不具威力，人与非人会从中作梗，由于这个原因，佛陀的教法便不能在世间长久住留。吉祥黑女从本座上起身，向薄伽梵百千次绕行，顶礼后双手合掌于心间，如是祈请道：薄伽梵善逝，为了我守护佛陀的教法，听闻正法，守护和救护真正的僧伽，请薄伽梵赐予我灌顶，请加持我。世尊加持她为度母之母，为了使她具有真实的力量，成为大地的祥瑞，战胜魔和罗刹，在战场上被武器所杀的……

May it appear thus. After making such a prayer, in that instant, the Tathagata and his retinue appeared manifestly. Then, Indra and others, having generated joy and delight, made offerings with divine flowers such as Mandarava and caused a great rain of jewels to visibly fall. Then, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, spoke thus: Indra and others, for the sake of you protecting the Buddha's teachings, please request the glorious Black Goddess. Then, Indra and the worldly retinue made offerings and praises to the glorious Black Goddess, and said thus: Please protect the teachings. The glorious Black Goddess said: What is meant by 'teachings'? What is meant by 'protecting'? What fault would there be if not protected? (They replied:) 'Teachings' refers to the Sutra Pitaka, the Vinaya Pitaka, and the Abhidhamma Pitaka, which are all the Buddha's words, becoming the Tripitaka. 'Protecting' means to remain long in the world. For those who hold, listen, contemplate, remember, read, fully understand, and properly attend to them, eliminate harm and punish them. Protect and rescue those who hold, and increase and expand their retinue and resources. If not protected, the commands of the Three Jewels will not be powerful, humans and non-humans will interfere, and because of this, the Buddha's teachings will not remain long in the world. The glorious Black Goddess rose from her natural seat, circumambulated the Bhagavan hundreds of thousands of times, prostrated, and with palms joined at her heart, requested thus: Bhagavan, Sugata, for the sake of me protecting the Buddha's teachings, listening to the true Dharma, protecting and rescuing the true Sangha, please Bhagavan grant me empowerment, please bless me. The Bhagavan blessed her as the Mother of Tara, in order to make her possess true power, to be the auspicious basis of the great land, to conquer demons and Rakshasas, those killed by weapons in battle...
