ū ni abides here unmoving, may the retinue of ministers all be subdued, may the entrusted tasks all be accomplished. Thus inviting the assembly is the subtle ocean mother. One should be endowed with secret offerings and make supplication: Hūṃ! Great goddess, yoginī, sovereign of all that exists, wielding power over all phenomena and existence, seizing the life-breath of all beings, holding a great conch shell in her hand, imploring with great cries, enslaving Yama as a servant, burning the world with fire, stealing the life and glory of beings, mistress of bodhicitta, striving for liberation, uniting with all powers, filling the three realms with emanations, scattering the armies of demons into dust, wearing the skin of a child as clothing, waving a khaṭvāṅga as a fan, her form dwelling in wrath, adorned with blood and fat, holding a razor in her hand, she who extracts the hearts of all, seated on a vast seat, a companion of yoga, eating flesh as food, casting the noose of citta, binding the sun and moon to her crown, establishing the empty realm in bliss, enslaving the sons and daughters of demons, arrogance Great ferocity. With this great conch shell vessel, mixed with great red blood and heart, anointing your body, may you accomplish the entrusted tasks. Thus supplicating is the one with a sun-wheel crown. The one who dispels obstacles is the mistress of citta. She also has power over the hearts of all beings. Hūṃ! Great wrathful sovereign yoginī, possessing the radiance of a thousand suns, the lord of death of the three thousand worlds emits rays, I invite the Tārā of existence to descend. Hūṃ! Great wrathful sovereign yoginī, adorning her body with a thousand lotuses, drinking the blood of a million lotus stamens, I invite the great sovereign to descend. Hūṃ! Great wrathful sovereign yoginī, perfecting the three realms, mixing nectar, nourishing all the supreme medicines of the world, I invite the queen of nectar to descend. Hūṃ!
