་སྟེང་དུ་ཀེཾ་ལས་ཀེ་ནི་རི་ཛྭ་ལ་མཎྜལ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས། ཀེང་རུས་ཀྱི་རི་རབ་གསར་རྙིང་བརྩེགས་པ་ལ། གནམ་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་གཅིག་པའི་གཟེར་གྱིས་བཏབ་པས་རྩིབས་ལ་ཉི་ཟླ་འཆར་བར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཕྱི་ལས་ཨགྣི་མཎྜལ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས། འབྱུང་བ་མེ་ཡི་དལ་གྱིས་འབྱུང་བ་ཐམས་ ཅད་ཆ་སྙོམས་ཏེ། གྲོའི་གླུམ་ལངས་པ་བཞིན་མྱལ་གྱིས་བཏང་བར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་སུཾ་ལས་སུ་བཛྲ་སུ་མ་མེ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས། རི་རབ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་ལྔ་ལས་གྲུབ་པ་ཤར་ཤེལ་ཀ་ཀ་སྡི་རི་ཡང་ལྟར་དཀར་བ། ལྷོ་བཻ་དཱུརྱ་ཡ་ལྟར་སྔོ་བ། ནུབ་པདྨ་རཱ་ག་ལྟར་དམར་བ། བྱང་ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་ལྟར་ལྗང་བ། དབུས་སུ་ཤ་ར་ཀ་ལྟར་སེར་བ། དཔག་ཚད་བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་བཞི་སྟོང་དུ་ཕྱིན་པ། ཁ་ཁྱེར་གྱེན་དུ་བྱུང་བས་ནམ་མཁའ་མཐའ་ཡས་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་འཕང་གཅད་པར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་མ་དམར་མོ་གཅིག་གསལ་ནས། དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་བྷྲཱུཾ་སྨུག་ནག་གཅིག་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས་པས་འཕགས་པའི་ཐུགས་དམ་གྱི་རྒྱུད་བསྐུལ། འགྲོ་བ་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་དོན་བྱས་ནས་སླར་འདུས་པ་ལས། བྷྲཱུཾ་བི་ཤྭ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཙཀྲ་བྷནྡྷ་བྷྲཱུཾ། ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་གྲུ་བཞི་སྒོ་བཞི་དང་ལྡན་པ། སྒོ་ཁྱུད་རྟ་བབས་དང་ལྡན་པ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་དེའི་ནང་དུ་དུར་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱན་མང་པོས་བརྒྱན་པར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་མ་དམར་མོ་གཅིག་གསལ་བར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེ་ལས་མ་སཱུརྱ་མཎྜལ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས། ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་གྱུར་པར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཨ་དཀར་པོ་གཅིག་གསལ་བ་ལས། ཨ་ཙནྡྲ་མཎྜལ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས། ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་གྱུར་པར་བསྒོམ། ཉི་ཟླའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཙཀྲ་མཎྜལ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས། འཁོར་ལོ་རྩིབས་བཞི་པ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་མ་ཧཱ་དེ་ཝ་ཕོ་མོ་བསྒོམ་ལ། མ་ཧཱ་དེ་ཝཱ་ཨུ་མ་དེ་ཝཱི་ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་ག་ཏི་ར་བཾ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས། དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོ་གན་རྐྱལ་དུ་བསྒྱེལ་ནས་གདན་དུ་བཏིང་བར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་རྒྱུའི་ཡི་གེ་ཨོཾ་དཀར་པོ་བཀྲ་ས་ལེ་བསྒོམ་མོ། །ཨོཾ་དེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས་འདུས་པ་ལས། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་སུ་གྱུར་པར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །དེ་ཡང་སྣང་སྲིད་སེན་མོ་ཙམ་ཡང་མ་གཡོས་པའི་ཐིག་ལེར་གསལ་བར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །ཐིག་ལེ་དེ་ལས་ཨོཾ་གུ་ཡ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཧཱུཾ། ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས། བླ་མེད་ ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་སྐུར་སལ་གྱིས་གྱུར་ཏོ།

上面说“从kEṃ（藏文）生出kEniri jvAla maNDala（梵文罗马拟音）”，观想新旧骨骼堆积成须弥山，用天铁独尖金刚橛钉牢，在山脊上显现日月。上面说“从pha.i（藏文）生出agni maNDala（梵文罗马拟音）”，观想火元素的缓慢流动使所有元素达到平衡，像扬起的灰尘一样被燃烧殆尽。上面说“从suṃ（藏文）生出vajra suma me（梵文罗马拟音）”，观想须弥山由五种珍宝构成，东面是像水晶一样的白色，南面是像青金石一样的蓝色，西面是像红宝石一样的红色，北面是像蓝宝石一样的绿色，中央是像金子一样的黄色，高八万四千由旬，开口向上，截断无边虚空。上面观想一个红色“མ་（藏文）”字，再上面观想一个蓝黑色“bhrUM（藏文，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，种子字）”字。从“bhrUM（藏文，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，种子字）”字放出光芒，激发圣众的誓言，为了利益众生而再次收回，念诵“bhrUM bishva bishuddhe j~nAna chakra bhandha bhrUM（藏文）”，观想智慧宫殿变成一个四方形，具有四门和门楣马蹬。观想宫殿内部装饰着许多尸陀林的装饰品。上面观想一个红色“མ་（藏文）”字，从“མ་（藏文）”字说“sUrya maNDala（梵文罗马拟音）”，观想变成太阳坛城。上面观想一个白色“ཨ་（藏文）”字，从“ཨ་（藏文）”字说“chandra maNDala（梵文罗马拟音）”，观想变成月亮坛城。在日月之上说“chakra maNDala（梵文罗马拟音）”，观想变成一个四辐轮。上面观想ma hA deva（梵文罗马拟音）男女双身，念诵“mahAdeva umAdevI khaTvAMga tIravaM（藏文）”，观想大自在天被仰面放倒作为座垫。上面观想一个白色明亮的根本字“oM（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，种子字）”。从“oM（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，种子字）”字放出光芒并收回，观想变成菩提心。观想它清晰地显现为一个明点，甚至没有移动指甲盖大小的现象和存在。从那个明点念诵“oM guhya j~nAna shrI heruka hUM（藏文）”，立即变成无上嘿汝嘎的身相。

Above that, by saying "pha.i (Tibetan) generates agni maNDala (Sanskrit Romanization)," visualize the slow flow of the fire element balancing all elements, burned away like rising dust.
