Homage! The time has come. Pama Traka Sha Grama, Shati Angla Grama, Smara Rakta Labhyo, Maha Mamsa Labhyo, Maha Rakta Labhyo, Maha Shati Bhyo, De Ma De Sa Mam, Maha Hana Te Hum, Dara Dani Hum. Thus it is said. Always recite. Or, the essence of constant recitation is: Hum Traka Raka Sha Grama, Khatrak Raksha Kram, Chitta Grama, Maha Labhyo, Maha Rakta La Grama, Maha Mamsa La Grama, Dhi Ni La Grama. This is the mantra for guarding the four secret mothers. Recite it at any time and place, and you can even take out the enemy's heart and show it to the public. This is the thirty-first chapter on making the heart vein straight and drying up the life vein. The god who subdues harm again pleaded: Destroying the strict Dharma, violating the lineage tradition, harming all sentient beings, and those who generate hatred towards me, how can their life veins be dried up? Please listen to me truthfully and completely, please truthfully and completely decree. Having heard these words, the truly complete one decreed: Those who destroy the strict Dharma, violate the lineage tradition, harm all sentient beings, and generate hatred towards me, I will tell you how to dry up their life veins. Listen, lord of the god who subdues harm! I have no doubt about the Dharma I have spoken. The life vein dries up like this: Make an image on a shroud in the charnel ground, put the image made of reeds in a bamboo basket, and then put it in an urn. Then visualize Achi Chenmo: Her body is black, she wears a field cloak, surrounded by many field bandhas, her right hand leads a field rosary, and her left hand holds a skull cup filled with human hearts and blood. Visualize chopping up the fat and filling it. Visualize it clearly like this, and urge it like this: Hum, great Rakshasi Sham Shammo! Achi Chenmo, unbearable! Her body is blue-black, with fangs. On her majestic head are many eyes. She wears a field cloak as clothing. Surrounded by a thousand human heads. Her right hand counts the field finger rosary. Her left hand holds a skull cup. Chop up human blood, heart, and fat. She merges herself into herself. Opening her mouth, with gnashing fangs. All the mothers tremble and bow in awe. Raising the flag as a talisman. She reduces demons and heretics to ashes. She reverses all the worlds. The three realms.

To La Pünyulma. That is offered to Jomo herself. If entrusted, everything will be accomplished. Cut off the enemy's red life from the root. Please come here, fulfill your vows, and accomplish your work. Please accept this offering of heart's blood. Please straighten the enemy's life force. Please dry up the enemy's life force. Thus implore and bless with this mantra. Om Zang Dromu Rangma Shang. Zang Dramu Ram Sha. Hum Raktrak Raksha Dram. Thum Rili Rili Bad. Recite this, and in between the three days and nights, make intermittent offerings with human words. Then, recite the mantra from the mouth of the statue to bless it. There is no possibility that this work will not be accomplished. Do not doubt it. Then, invoke the secret mother goddess as follows. Hum, wrathful queen mother generated from the sphere of bindu. Manifesting as the wrathful mother's form generated from the heart of great glory. The body of power that cuts off existence from the root. Gnashing teeth, drawing out the life force. Cutting off the root of birth and death, gathering bliss into the heart. Sending forth emanations from the hands, gathering the three poisons into the sphere. Having gathered the assembly of mothers under control, the mistress of the bhaga. Dry up the enemy's life force, please come here. Please accept this offering of cutting off life with blood. Please dry up the enemy's life force. Ha Ham He Bhyo. Rulu Rulu Hum Hum. Rulu Rulu Bhyo Bhyo. Maha Zitta La Bhyo. Maha Mangsa La Bhyo. Maha Rakta La Bhyo. Thus bless with blood. Also bless by reciting the mantra from the mouth. This is the thirty-second chapter on drying up the veins. Again, the god who subdues harm is invoked. The one who destroys the sacred doctrine, the one who violates the Lugu lineage, the one who harms all sentient beings, and those who have evil intentions towards me. If the veins dry up, how do they dry up? I will explain how to dry up the veins. Listen, chief of the god who subdues harm. What I explain will not fail. The veins dry up like this. Mix onions, white mustard seeds, and black sesame seeds with a large amount of ashes. Knead it with saliva. Make a statue out of it. Make eight paper figures the size of a hand span. On one, write "Mutri Ni Bhyo" and fold its small head to the right. On one, write "Ashanting Ni Bhyo" and fold its small head to the left.
