All that appears is devoid of things that have substance; it is only emptiness. Whatever subtle nature is grasped, grasping that has no dharma. The fruit of no dharma does not have that. Whatever is the fruit of dharma, these are the meanings of wisdom. Not becoming before and after, not divided into directions and categories, if attachment and clinging to grasping are abandoned, that is called the nature of dharma. Thus it was said. Question: The stake of bodhicitta, in conventional truth, everything is like an illusion, how should one practice? Answer: Being equal to illusion in conventional truth, all assembled things appear as illusion, all temporarily appearing actions are also done, appearing as the measure of all permanent dharmas. These are all images, appearing as doer and done but without substance, everything exists like the moon in water, everything appears but has no nature, everything without exception is dharma, not having essence, like illusion, mirage, transformation, and mirage, rainbow, moon in water. Whoever realizes this, is said to be a Buddha. Thus it was said. Question: The stake of bodhicitta, is the two truths inseparable, is it like that? Answer: Ultimate truth and conventional truth are equally inseparable, all dharmas without exception, all arise from a rootless base, neither existence nor non-existence, ultimate truth and conventional truth are inseparable, unconditioned nature appears as conditioned, in the nature of appearance there is no substance, in the nature of no substance various things appear, that is like illusion and mirage. The two truths being inseparable is just thinking. Thus it was said. Question: The stake of bodhicitta, how to contemplate the two truths? Answer: The person (Pudgala, Pudgala, Person) does not pull the cart, ultimate truth and conventional truth do not exist. Habitual tendencies and empty mind, those are great distractions. If nature is simultaneously from emptiness, mind and habitual tendencies are said to be one. From the nature of being only emptiness, the Victorious One proclaimed the great bindu. Thus it was said. Question: The stake of bodhicitta, the stake of bodhicitta that is the inseparability of the two truths, what is it like? Answer: It exists, but it is not a thing, like the moon in water it has no nature. It does not exist, but it is not annihilation.

It is not. Like the expanse of the sky, it is both emptiness and appearance. One, yet not a form, In ultimate truth, all is gathered into one. Non-dual, yet not confused, Pervading all, it is the vast body. However it is shown, there is nothing, Not that it is absent, but seek it in remembrance. It has not been cut off, know and realize, It has not been permanent, know and realize, It has not been permanent, therefore there is no thing. It has not been dual, therefore there is no concept. It has not been singular, therefore it pervades all. In the beginning, there is no cause for birth, In the end, there is no death or transference. Now, there is no substance of things, Therefore it is eternally stable and cannot be grasped. 188 The nature of mind, without a root, Is neither male nor female, nor hermaphrodite. Without a name, not a lineage or descent. It is suchness, the realm of reality, wisdom, It is the cause of all skillful means mudras. Thus it is said. Question: These things, shapes, colors, garments, etc., are they not all stakes of bodhicitta? Answer: All expressions are the supreme path of enlightenment. Where is the realm of liberating stars? All without exception are dharma, Apart from the nature of mind, there is nothing else. Since mind and dharma are without separation, Therefore the path to enlightenment is not far. Mind and dharma are primordially non-dual, Whatever appears, the nature of mind appears and arises. If the path of the nature of mind, bodhicitta, is not realized, The Buddhas of the three times have spoken, And faith and understanding arise in the face of equality. Thus it is said. Question: Why is this vehicle of fruition, which explains the meaning of the stake of bodhicitta, called the Vajra Vehicle? Answer: The Thus-Gone Ones and, All the dharmas encompassed by the container and its contents, the sky, without exception, are of one meaning. They are gathered into body, speech, and mind. The meaning of body, speech, and mind is without separation. Nothing can destroy it, Nothing can cut it, Nothing can separate it, therefore it is Vajra. There is not a single thing 189༄༅། That has not become body, speech, and mind, Because it is established as spontaneously accomplished in body, speech, and mind, it is called a vehicle, Therefore it is called the Dharma of the Vajra Vehicle. Question: Why is the stake of bodhicitta said to be the nature of reality beyond words? Answer: If the nature of mind is sought but cannot be found, Then it cannot be shown to others as "it is like this." It is the most secret nature of reality.
