These are the three evil ways. Anyone who desires the path of yoga liberation should always destroy them. Created by evil body and speech, they are reborn as suffering elements. Forever separated from the path of liberation, suffering in hell. Utterly compassionate, severing the hanging rope. If they are destroyed, there will be momentary happiness. Knowing this, they should be suppressed. Thus it was said. In the secret mantra tantra of Vajrakila, the second chapter is the cutting off of the source of evil. Then, the King of Wrath, Vajrakumara, spoke: Rudra breaks vows, the host of oath-breakers, gradually control, destroy, and suppress them.
