Practice like me! The five elements of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, Know how to enjoy the five objects of desire equally. Without bias, self-liberated, without increase or decrease. Spontaneously accomplished, the result is the Great Seal. Oṃ (Tibetan, 唵, oṃ, body, speech, and mind), is the view free from extremes. Ma (Tibetan, 嘛, ma, without), is the meditation without clarity or obscurity. Ṇi (Tibetan, 尼, ṇi, guiding), is the appearance without seeing faults. Pad (Tibetan, 贝, pad, lotus), is the conduct without taking or rejecting. Me (Tibetan, 美, me, having), is not separated from conflicting factors. Hūṃ (Tibetan, 吽, hūṃ, destroying), is the result abiding in itself. Hariḥ (Tibetan, 哈日, hariḥ, Hariḥ), is clear and non-conceptual, possessing qualities. Possessing speech that is faultless and complete. Thus it is said. From the Root Tantra of Digging Deep into Samsara, Chapter Eleven, which explains the guidance of the path of the superior faculty. Again, the Dakini of Play asked: O Amitabha Buddha! When looking upwards, without being distracted. In the middle, not looking at inferior worlds. Not leaking into ordinary cause and effect, please explain to us. Thus she asked. Amitabha Buddha replied: Dakini of Play, listen! The teacher, unsurpassed, is the Jewel Buddha. The protector, unsurpassed, is the Jewel Dharma. The guide, unsurpassed, is the Jewel Sangha. The sacred object of refuge, worthy of refuge. One's own mind, emptiness, is the Dharmakaya. If one realizes the ultimate Great Compassion, Great Compassion is not elsewhere, Generate compassion for all beings. The mind of aspiration is in the relative truth. The mind of entering is in the ultimate truth. The ultimate truth and the relative truth are inseparable. The nature of the mind, nothing is established, abiding in emptiness. Compassionately cherish all sentient beings like a child. Loving-kindness cherishes others as a father sees his only child. Joy, parents and children are without sorrow or fatigue. Equanimity, loving all equally without bias. For example, like building a house well next to a wall. Through pure rituals, one traverses the stages and paths to the fruit of Buddhahood. Thus it is said. From the Root Tantra of Digging Deep into Samsara, Chapter Twelve, which explains not being distracted by looking upwards. Do not waste the three times. Abandon killing, stealing, and sexual misconduct. Abandon non-virtue, and meditate on the deity. Abandon harsh words, idle talk, divisive speech, lying, and so on. Abandon, recite the seven-syllable mantra, and close the doors of birth in the six realms. Light arises from my body, Light, light, the light of the Yidam deity. In order to dispel internal and external conceptual thoughts, Do not separate from the Yidam deity. The appearance of the six realms is one's own mind.

Other than the mind, there is no other Buddha. It is said that one's own mind is the Buddha. Greed, malice, wrong views, and not remembering what should not be remembered, all should be abandoned. Abiding in the nature of emptiness, the three aspects of holding, object, and holder are inseparable. Unfabricated, unadulterated, abide in the state of clarity and emptiness. Although there are various body colors and hand symbols, they are merely symbolic means of expression. In the nature of mind, there is no inside or outside. It is not formed of form or substance. Abiding in clarity and emptiness, that is it. The great compassion of the true meaning. Thus it is said. From the "Root Text of Uprooting Samsara," the thirteenth chapter, which teaches not to be distracted by worldly affairs. Without inside or outside, gathered in the mind. Like a guide who attends to appearances. Other than the mind, there is no other delusion. It is the view of not seeing and not knowing. Uncultivated, self-luminous is the best of meditation. Non-conceptual, equality is the Dharmakaya. Antidote: In the effortless, spontaneous, without grasping, awareness is self-liberated and abides. If sinking, brighten; if agitated, relax. Without scattering or gathering, awareness remains in its own place. Without effort, it is free from effort, difficult practices, and asceticism. All actions and searches are recognized as names, but in the true meaning, there is nothing to do. If faith does not arise from the depths, what is the benefit of giving with mere fame? A perverted dedication will be reborn in the realm of hungry ghosts. The nature of mind is primordially Buddha, and the nature of good and evil is established in emptiness. Confess the past and take vows for the future. The nature of samsara is like a wheel, similar to parents and children. Attachment and clinging to wealth and possessions, the agent of attachment and clinging is the mind, so look at this agent of clinging. The nature of mind is primordially empty and without defilement, so purify it. Emptiness and clarity are primordially present, so realize it. There is no need to accumulate merit or purify obscurations. If the Buddha is mistaken, there is no way to practice. Primordially, one is the Buddha. Realizing one's own mind is the Buddha. There is no need to rely on other Buddhas. Primordially, one is the nature of the deity, so there is no need to empower it. The king of awareness is the mind. If empowerment is given to the mind, then one becomes the lord of all, the best of empowerments. On the pure samaya of one's own mind, do not deceive yourself with deceit. Purify the obscurations of body, speech, and mind. Obscurations and impurities are the evil thoughts of the mind. One's own mind, the non-conceptual Dharmakaya, is primordially pure, primordially empty, primordially great enlightenment, without any impurities or obscurations, and is liberated.
