That is, do not leave the light in an average state, but remember it. The light is, at the time of the cessation of breath, all phenomena appear in five colors for five days, and meditation lasts for three days. The rays of light refer to the instructions that have not been shown. Appearing as weapons, placed, performing Buddhist activities, the vajra hole will become empty. One long sound, one medium sound, one short sound, the interval between the three is called three days. The sound is, ordinary people hear a sound of fear, yogis hear the sound of Dharma nature. If combined in this way, then the five external lights of light will pierce and appear in the channels of the five senses, the blue light pierces the eyes, the white light pierces the channels of the ears, the yellow light pierces the channels of the nose, the red light pierces the channels of the tongue, and the green light pierces the body and appears. Appearing in this way, the eyes see forms, and everything is clear. The ears hear sounds, and everything is memory emptiness. The nose smells odors, and everything is feeling emptiness. The tongue tastes flavors, and everything is taste emptiness, the body feels touch, and everything is touch emptiness, the power of the five lights appears on the five senses. The power of the five senses appears as the five elements, therefore in reality, all these external five elements need to be understood as the clear light of Dharma nature. Appearing as objects, the rays are the unobstructed six consciousnesses. Listen, do not be distracted, listen! Any son of a lineage who wishes to attain Buddhahood without leaving any aggregates behind should understand in this way. In one's own heart, in the center of the five-colored lights, there is the mandala of the five Buddha families of the victorious Buddhas, the body is as small as a mustard seed, the eyes are as large as the tip of a needle, and various naked forms abide. The nature of that body is clear, transparent, and the wisdom free from attachment and conceptualization abides. In this way, in one's own heart, the body of the Buddha abides like a mustard seed, and when the appearance of illusion ceases, the great body is equal to the edge of space, the medium body is filled with Mount Sumeru, and then it naturally appears. Do not be afraid of that! Recognizing that is enough! Alas! Lord of secrets, hold on well! When one is about to die, in the sky of the self-appearing Dharma nature, the body of the Buddha will appear manifestly. Recognizing that is enough! One's own awareness accompanies the five lights without separation. Ma Nu (藏文, मणि,maṇi,Jewel), Sarva (藏文,सर्व,sarva,All), Buddha (藏文,बुद्ध,buddha,Buddha), Jñana (藏文,ज्ञान,jñāna,Wisdom), Kaya (藏文,काय,kāya,Body), Pañca (藏文,पञ्च,pañca,Five). Son of lineage, you have the body of the Buddha

Because you have it within yourself, do not seek it elsewhere. The Buddha dwells in the body of five lights, free from clarity and obscurity. The Buddha's body is immutable, therefore free from birth and death. All Buddhas are free from the hardships of enlightenment because they recognize their own nature. The Buddha's body of light is clear and without conceptualization. In oneself, without inherent existence, bliss resides continuously within one's own heart. From the lineage of the only son of all teachings, this is the third chapter, explaining the three bodies of the Buddha.ཨྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)No abandonment of attainment. Where in this root white silk thread does wisdom arise? ཤྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Vastness is the nature of Dharma. བཱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Liberation from all extremes. བ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)The edge of karma is not obscured. ཨཱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Great bliss. ཨ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Manifest enlightenment. ཧཝ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)The sun of wisdom appears in oneself. ནྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Sāleva. མཀ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Emptiness. དྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Burning. སྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Seeing the Buddha. མདྱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)There is nothing higher than this. དྲ་ཎཱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Meditation. ཀྱྂ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Write down the unwavering view. ཧརིཏྭྂ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)The five lights are clear and unwavering. The samadhi of the water stream lineage. དྭ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Practice unwavering. དལ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)The pure Dharmakaya's nature is immutable, without clarity or obscurity. ཤ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)The fruit does not change, no abandonment of attainment. མ་མ་ཝ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Without fierceness, therefore immutable and without obscuration. ཨཱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)The nature of speech is beyond words and thought. སཊ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)The nature of the body exists at the time of the five lights. The five lights have no clarity or obscurity. Being clear and unceasing, it is clear in the five lights. ཉས་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)The nature of mind is free from conceptualization. མྂྂ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)No birth, no death. All the Buddhas' ancestors are within oneself. Within this, wisdom arises. Where in this root white silk thread does wisdom arise? The essence dwells in emptiness. The wisdom of the realm pierces through space. These are the five wisdoms of the auspicious knot. The wisdom of higher vision cuts through ignorance. Awareness is the Dharmakaya. ཨཱ+ོྂ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Abide in the state of great wisdom, free from the blue of self-grasping. Free from conceptualization. Self-arisen certainty. ཨ+་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Abide in the intention of self-appearance. མྨ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)The example of meditation is like a lamp unmoved by the wind. It is the first sun. The example of qualities is like a jewel clear as water. ཨ+ྂ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Auspicious, the transformation of qualities without conceptualization. ཧཱུྂ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)Having reached equanimity through compassion, therefore related to emptiness, the essence of compassion.
