If we accomplish you with great offerings and praises, please subdue your respective hosts and perform your activities. Thus speaking, with a meditative mind, offer and praise the arrogant leaders. The yogi who practices in this way, accomplishes the lords of the world as they are, inseparable from Vajradhara. Thus it was spoken. The third chapter, the Vajra Samaya Offering Praise for closely accomplishing the lords of the world. Then, what should be well explained is this: for the purpose of subduing the arrogant ones of the world, and employing them in the work of subjugation, the empowerment that establishes the blessing is explained. In secret and secluded places, arrange the palace of action as previously described, the qualities of the offering implements are excellent, and nothing should be left out. The Vajra Holder, together with his retinue, should be manifestly united with those who possess the signs. According to the number of times and the signs of the marks, strive diligently according to the instructions of approach. The image master and the disciples, prepare for the special place.
