Wrathful assemblies in all directions, above and below, all have three heads and six arms, the lower body a phurba taming the hosts of demons. The three heads of liberation have faces of a garuda, a vulture, attachment, and fear. Wearing raw oxhide on the body, possessing a skirt of a million tiger skins. Adorned with a foundation of corpses, snakes, blood, and fat. The six hands liberate afflictions with weapons. The wrathful goddess, Īśvarī, clings to the body.
