Pasha Hum! From the west, the life-saving, life-summoning goddess, The joyful, powerful iron hook goddess, Whose body is red and blazing, Radiating the light of blazing lotuses. In the moon mandala in the right hand, Holding the wisdom emptiness life; On the sun mandala in the left hand, Holding the expedient iron hook, possessing compassion. You are the sovereign of the life force of the three realms, O yogi, enjoy all the pleasures of life, Summon, invite, and stabilize life! Sphota Bam! From the north, the life-saving, life-summoning goddess, The goddess of equanimity, the bell goddess, Whose body is green and blazing, Radiating the light of emeralds. In the moon mandala in the right hand, Holding the vase that holds the life of all; In the sun mandala in the left hand, Ringing the bell that delights the life of all. Although you are the sovereign of the life of all beings, Although you do not summon the life of all beings, For the yogi, myself and my retinue, Summon life, save life, please accomplish the activity! Then, binding the life of vajra, By saying "Vajra Sphota Bam," Holding the sun and moon gau, vajra, Binding with iron hooks and so forth. Clearly visualizing oneself as the deity, from the nostrils, The wind's Light radiates and gathers. Om Vajra Ayushe Hum Ah! Therefore, having plundered all the life and splendor of all six realms, Having gathered them into the zamatog, Distributing them to the vidyadharas of life. With the five clear hero syllables, May the empowerment of life be bestowed. Om, may the aggregates be transformed into the mandala of deities, From the nature of the five victorious ones, The five elements transformed into the form of the mothers, Because of bestowing upon you the empowerment of life, May the vajra life empowerment be attained! 于法界中隐藏后，纵是佛陀亦不见。此后行布施食子，补足剩余与不足，应安住于良好行仪。甘露旋，无死寿续中，长寿修法大品第十竟。此后，薄伽梵于清净秘密坛城中，宣说此长寿修法。于安乐处之坛城，轮有八辐具边门，中央为怙主无量寿，东方不动，南方宝生，西方无量光，北方不空成就，地藏菩萨金刚心，虚空藏菩萨宝生心，观世音菩萨莲花心，事业金刚手菩萨。四门阎魔大威力，马头明王甘露旋安住。长寿宝瓶酒与长寿果，箭与幡幢等供品，于坛城中精美陈设。生起善逝，迎请安住，供养后，修持长寿之 悉地。嗡 噜噜 斯普噜 扎瓦拉 德叉 悉地 洛匝尼 萨瓦 阿塔 萨达那 乌 约 嘉纳 班达 仲。阿巴热米达 策 仲。吽，中央之怙主无量寿，父母心间之嘎乌中，寿命红光自生起，不空成就心续自性召，融入于物而修持。北方西方莲花自在坛城中，薄伽梵慈氏怙主无量寿，心间坛城月密嘎乌中，菩提心之寿命红光此，以专注力修持之寿命故，祈请加持，赐予我悉地。种姓之王父母众，以此殊胜之理应知晓。派遣寿命使者后，于三有处所中，寿命与命根，集摄为字母呢字，菩提萨埵大乐之，阿赖耶识之自性，应知为寿命红光。此无生之自性，名为不死金刚，不变雍仲原始广大，不灭智慧胜幢。如是之悉地，瑜伽我当受持。道友与姐妹弟子众，以寿命宝瓶灌顶后，知晓寿命之自性安住，勇士五宝灌顶摄持。玛

Having hidden in the sphere, even the Buddhas do not see it. Then, the torma should be offered. Having filled the excess and deficiency, one should abide well in conduct. From the nectar swirling, the continuum of deathless life, the great chapter on accomplishing longevity, the tenth, is complete. Then, the Bhagavan spoke this longevity accomplishment in the pure secret mandala. In the place of bliss, the mandala is a wheel with eight spokes, with edges and doors. In the center is the protector Amitayus. In the east is Akshobhya, in the south is Ratnasambhava, in the west is Amitabha, in the north is Amoghasiddhi. Earth Essence is Vajrasattva, Space Essence is Ratnaketu, Avalokiteshvara is Padmasambhava, and the action hero is Vajrapani. At the four doors are Yama, the mighty one, Hayagriva, and Nectar Swirling abides. A longevity vase, alcohol, longevity fruits, arrows and banners, and all the offering substances are beautifully arranged in the mandala. Generate the Sugatas, invite and settle them. Having offered, accomplish the siddhi of longevity. Om ruru spurudzvala tistha siddhi locani sarva artha sadhana u yurdznyana bindu bhrum. Aparimita tshe bhrum. Hum, the protector Amitayus in the center, from the gau of the hearts of the father and mother, the red light of life arises spontaneously, Amoghasiddhi, the nature of the mind stream, is summoned. The father and mother, the kings of the lineage, should know this supreme method. Having sent the messenger of life, from the abodes of the three realms, life and life force are gathered into the letter nri, the nature of the all-ground consciousness of the great bliss of the Bodhisattva, should be known as the red light of life. This unborn nature is called the immortal vajra, the unchanging Yungdrung, the primordial vastness, the indestructible banner of wisdom. Such a siddhi, I, the yogi, shall receive.
