From the syllables of sound and tone, combining with armies and weapons, it is explained that the one to be slain is brought down as an executioner. The combination of curses and fierce mantras, or the order of encircling wheels, combine what is harmonious and use what is not harmonious. Armies are given weapons, and life descends.
