秘密真言五咒一切幻轮广集续。印度语：曼陀罗班杂萨瓦扎卡拉怛特拉。藏语：秘密真言五咒一切幻轮广集续。顶礼薄伽梵一切智者。如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵于自性虚空之下方，无下之处（འོག་མིན་གྱི་གནས།），清净之佛刹土中，有出世间之眷属，无色无相之佛陀与菩萨等，以及世间之眷属天众、非天、迦楼罗、乾闼婆、风神、生灵、起尸等，与众多具恶心者共处。彼时彼刻，薄伽梵入于名为甚深无分别之三摩地。加持眷属，令作有情之利益，然黑方之魔与外道部众从中阻碍，不予行利益之事。眷属之中，于秘密真言与明咒一切之主尊灌顶之时，具寿阿难陀从座而起，袒露一肩，右膝着地，向薄伽梵请问：祈请薄伽梵，为不居于正法，且损害有情之魔众与外道，以及喜好黑方者，为了以猛厉事业降伏彼等，请宣说五秘密真言与幻轮一切之广集。尔后，薄伽梵从甚深无分别之三摩地中起身，入于调伏恶者之三摩地。善哉善哉，阿难陀！为了众生之利益，你所请问之真言义理，我将宣说，仔细谛听并受持。开端与请问应允之品，第一品。尔后，薄伽梵开示道：ka kha ga gha nga，ca cha ja jha nya，ṭa ṭha ḍa ḍha ṇa，ta tha da dha na，pa pha ba bha ma，ya ra la wa，sha sha sa ha ksha，a ā，i ī，u ū，ṛ ṝ，ḷ ḹ，e ai，o

The Tantra of the Complete Collection of Secret Mantras, Five Mantras, and All Illusory Wheels. In Sanskrit: Mantra Pañca Sarva Cakra Tantra. In Tibetan: The Tantra of the Complete Collection of Secret Mantras, Five Mantras, and All Illusory Wheels. Homage to the Bhagavan, the All-Knowing One. Thus have I heard. At one time, the Bhagavan was in the pure Buddha-field, the Akaniṣṭha (འོག་མིན་གྱི་གནས།) abode beneath the sky of Mind itself. There were assemblies of beings beyond the world, Buddhas without form or elaboration, Bodhisattvas, worldly assemblies of gods, asuras, garudas, gandharvas, wind gods, bhutas, corpses, and many others with malicious minds. At that time, the Bhagavan entered into the samadhi called Profound Non-Discrimination. Having blessed the assemblies and caused them to work for the benefit of sentient beings, the demons of the black side and the groups of heretics obstructed them and did not allow them to do good. From among the assemblies, at the time of empowerment as the master of all secret mantras and vidya-mantras, the venerable Ananda rose from his seat, bared one shoulder, knelt on his right knee, and asked the Bhagavan: "O Bhagavan, for the sake of subduing with fierce activity the hosts of demons and heretics who do not abide in the sacred Dharma and harm sentient beings, those who delight in the black side, please explain the complete collection of the five secret mantras and illusory wheels." Then the Bhagavan arose from the samadhi of Profound Non-Discrimination and entered into the samadhi of Subduing the Wicked. "Well done, well done, Ananda! For the sake of the benefit of beings, I will explain the meaning of the mantra you have asked about. Listen carefully and hold it." The first chapter is the introduction and the granting of the request.
