First, in the fifteen letters, place five downward-reversed letters, and place the three undisturbed letters separately. The second letter is twenty-one, with twelve non-reversed letters in front, and two definite letters should be taken. The third letter is twenty, with eight downward-reversed letters in front, and two definite letters should be taken. The last letter is twenty-one, with two downward-reversed letters behind, and five definite letters should be taken. The first of the seven beneficial mantras, five letters are definitely to be taken, and the lower and reversed letters are exchanged up and down. After that, the southern direction is twenty-one, and one constant letter should be taken. After going from south to north, discard seven downward-reversed letters, and after abandoning the wisdom branch, two letters are definitely to be taken. After going from north to west, the western letter is downward-reversed, discard two and exchange the previous two up and down. After going from west to east, take the last two letters of the eastern letter, discarding up and down is also the essence. Twenty-seven letters are the essence of inner practice. The four seed syllables of generation are twelve and eighteen, eleven and thirteen, without the wisdom branch, falling to the four directions in order.
