對於誓言圓滿的眾生， 我已宣說塔那度脫之法。 諦聽，永恆而真實者。 此三界輪迴之眾生， 因未生故，不應殺害。 眾生輪迴於五蘊， 於地獄遊蕩乃因妄念所致。 將五蘊度脫於法界， 法界被稱為「母」。 將妄念度脫為殊勝智慧， 殊勝智慧被稱為「明妃」。 於明妃之壇城中清晰顯現後， 若能度脫則無過失，得大樂。 無邊無際之一切眾生， 生亦生於五母之虛空， 住亦住於五大之虛空， 死亦死於五大之虛空。 究竟而言，無度脫與未度脫。 宣說度脫乃是嬉戲， 宣說嬉戲乃是事業。 事業乃是降伏諸魔， 而後獲得無生法身之成就。 因此，度脫被讚譽為首要。 首先，無論度脫何眾生， 皆須於輪迴中斷絕其心，並施加封印。 施加封印後，則可免除妄念。 若能免除妄念，則能證悟法性。 因此，於身上繪製壇城， 若能繪製壇城，則能獲得大樂。 其後，圓滿明妃之誓言， 若能圓滿誓言，則能生起歡喜。 若能生起歡喜，則能獲得平等性。 其後，對一切進行拋擲， 藉由拋擲，則能摧伏邪魔與冤敵。 摧伏邪魔後，則能成就所願。 因此，斬斷六因之命脈， 斬斷命脈後，則能清空輪迴。 其後，取走จิต（藏文，梵文天城體，梵文羅馬擬音，จิต，citta，質多，心）， 以यं（藏文，梵文天城體，梵文羅馬擬音，यं，yaṃ，揚，風）將其拋向佛子。 以咒語封閉惡趣之門後， 以加持灌頂，使其成為佛子。 此乃度脫之教言。 塔那度脫品，第四十六品。 降伏魔害之天神再次祈請， 對於智慧自性之明妃， 應如何進行噉食拋擲？ 奇哉！我聆聽天神之言。 以真實圓滿之語賜予教言。 聽聞此祈請後， 圓滿正覺之王宣說道： 對於智慧自性之明妃， 我將宣說噉食拋擲之法。 諦聽，永恆而真實者。 為拋擲妄念之冤敵， 彼之驅使語如是說： 吽（藏文，梵文天城體，梵文羅馬擬音，ཧཱུྂ，hūṃ，吽，種子字）！開啟智慧明妃之面容！ 對於瑜伽士眾之主母， 母之女王穆卡利， 乃一切有情之生處， 乃一切之壽命。

To the sentient beings who fulfill their vows, I have taught the Tana liberation. Listen, O eternal and true one. These sentient beings of the three realms of samsara, Since they are unborn, it is not right to kill them. Sentient beings revolve in the aggregates, Wandering in hell is due to conceptual thoughts. Liberate the aggregates into the realm of Dharma, The realm of Dharma is called "Mother." Liberate conceptual thoughts into supreme wisdom, Supreme wisdom is called "Consort." After clearly arranging the mandala of the Mothers, If you liberate, there is no fault, and you attain great bliss. All limitless sentient beings, Even when born, are born in the sky of the five mothers, Even when dwelling, dwell in the sky of the five elements, Even when dying, die in the sky of the five elements. Ultimately, there is no liberation or non-liberation. Teaching liberation is a play, Teaching play is activity. Activity is subduing the spirits, And then obtaining the accomplishment of the unborn Dharmakaya. Therefore, liberation is praised as primary. First, whichever sentient being is liberated, You must cut off their mind in samsara and apply a seal. After applying the seal, you are free from conceptual thoughts. If you are free from conceptual thoughts, you realize the nature of Dharma. Therefore, draw a mandala on the body, If you draw a mandala, you attain great bliss. Then, fulfill the vow of the Mothers, If you fulfill the vow, you generate joy. If you generate joy, you attain equanimity. Then, cast it upon everything, By casting, you subdue demons and enemies. After subduing demons, you accomplish your wishes. Therefore, cut off the life force of the six causes, After cutting off the life force, you empty samsara. Then, taking the citta（藏文，梵文天城體，梵文羅馬擬音，จิต，citta，質多，mind）， Throw it with yaṃ（藏文，梵文天城體，梵文羅馬擬音，यं，yaṃ，揚，wind） towards the Buddha's child. After closing the door to the lower realms with mantras, With blessings and empowerment, you create a Buddha's child. This is said to be the teaching of liberation. The chapter on Tana liberation, the forty-sixth. The god who subdues harm again requested, To the wisdom nature Dakini, How should we perform the consuming offering? Wonderful! I listen to the words of the god. Please grant the teaching with true and complete words. Having heard this request, The King of Perfect Enlightenment spoke: To the wisdom nature Dakini, I will teach the method of consuming offering. Listen, O eternal and true one. For the sake of casting away the enemies of conceptual thoughts, His urging words are as follows: Hūṃ（藏文，梵文天城體，梵文羅馬擬音，ཧཱུྂ，hūṃ，吽，seed syllable）! Open the face of the wisdom Mother! To the queen of the assembly of yogis, The queen of mothers, Mukali, Is the birthplace of all beings, Is the life force of all.
