་ལས་ནི། དུར་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་རས་བླངས་ལ་ལྡོང་རོས་སམ། ཡུང་བས་སྣག་ཚ་བྱས་ནས་འཁོར་ལོ་གཉིས་ བྲིས་ལ།ལན་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་གང་ལ་བྱ་བའི་མིང་བྲིས་ཏེ་ཁམ་བའི་གབ་ཙེ་སེར་པོ་བསྐུས་པ་ཁ་སྦྱར་བའི་ནང་དུ་བཅུག་ལ། གབ་ཙེ་སྟེང་མའི་རྒྱབ་ཏུ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྲུ་བཞི་པ་རེ་ག་བདུན་རིམ་གྱིས་བསྐོར་བར་ བྲིས།དེའི་དཀྱིལ་དུ་རི་རབ་གཅིག་བྲིས་ཏེ། རི་རབ་ཀྱི་སྟེང་ན་རཝ་བརྒྱད་དུ་བྱུང་བའི་སྟེང་དུ་རི་རབ་གྲུ་བཞི་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱད་བྲིས་ལ། རི་རབ་དང་རི་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ། ཧཱུ~ྂ་བྂ་ཧཱུ~ྂ། ཧཱུ~ྂ་བྂ་ཧཱུ~ྂ། བརྒྱད་བྲིས་ལ། དེའི་སྟེང་ དུ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྲུ་བཞི་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྒྱ་གྲམ་གྱིས་བསྐོར་བར་བྲིས་ལ།དེའི་ནང་ངམ། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པ་བཞུགས་པར་སྒོམ་མོ།། རྡོ་རྗེ་གྲམ་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་ལྂ་སེར་པོ་བྲི། ཚོན་སྐུད་སེར་པོས་ དཀྲིས་ལ་མནན་ནོ།། བདག་ཉིད་ཁ་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་བལྟས་ཡ་མཱན་ཏ་ཀ་སྐུ་མདོག་སེར་པོ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྲུ་བཞི་སེར་པོའི་ནང་ན་བཞུགས་པར་བསྒོམས་ལ། ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱིས་ཀྱང་ལྂ་སེར་པོ་ལས་འདོ་ཟེར་ན་བུན ནམ།སྤྲིན་ནག་པོའི་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་འདྲ་བ་བྱུང་བས་གང་ལ་བྱ་བ་དེ་གཡོགས་ཤིང། དེས་ཅིའང་མི་མཐོང་མི་ཤེས་པ་དང། རི་རབ་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྒྱ་གྲམ་དང་བཅས་ཀྱང་ཡང་ནས་ཡང་དུ་ལན་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་མནན་པར་སྒོམ་ ཞིང་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱའོ།། ཨོྂ་ཧརིཥྟྲཱིཿབི་ཀྲྀ་ཏ་ན་ན་ཧཱུ~ྂ་ཧཱུ~ྂ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ། ལམ་ཆེ་གེ་མོའི་གནས་སུ་སྟམ་པ་ན་ལམ། མནན་པའི་ལས་སོ།། ངག་མནན་པའི་ལས་བྱ་དགོས་ན། གོང་ནས་འབྱུང་བ་བཞིན་འཁོར་ལོ་གཉིས་བྲིས ལ།གང་ལ་བྱེ་བའི་མིང་དང་སྨྲ་བའི་དོན་ཀུན་ལྂ་གྱི་བར་དུ་རྫོགས་པར་བྲིས་ལ་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱ་ཞིང་ངག་མནན་ནོ།། དྲག་པོས་ལས་བྱ་དགོས་ན། མི་སྨྲ་བར་དུར་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་རས་བླངས་ལ་སྐེ་ཚེ་དང། ལན་ཚཝ་དང། ཡུངས་ནག་གི་མར་དང། དུག་དང། ཤིང་ནིམ་བའི་ལོ་མ་དང། ཀ་ན་ཀའི་ཁུ་བ་དང། རོ་བསྲེགས་བའི་སོལ་བ་དང། མཛུབ་མོའི་ཁྲག་རྣམས་བསྲེས་ལ་སྣག་ཚ་བྱས་ཏེ། བྱ་རོག་གི་སྒྲོ་རྩ་ལ་སྨཡུ་གུ་བྱས་ནས་འཁོར ལོ་གཉིས་ལ་ཧཱུ~ྂ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་མིང་བྲིས་ནས།མདུན་གྱི་སྟེགས་བུའི་སྟེང་དུ་གཞག་གོ། མེ་ཏོག་སྔོན་པོས་དུས་གསུམ་དུ་མཆོད་དོ།། བདག་ཉིད་ཁ་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་བལྟས་ནས་ཡ་མཱནྟ་ཀ་སྐུ་མདོག་ཆར་སྤྲིན་ནག་ པོའི་མདོག་འདྲ་བ་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྟེང་ན་ཞབས་བརྐྱང་བསྐུམ་དུ་བཞུགས་པ།འཇིགས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཞལ་བགྲད་ཅིང་མཆེ་བ་གཙིགས་པ།

事业方面：取墓地的布，用樟木或芥子做墨水，画两个轮，在两个轮子之间写上要施法之人的名字，放入涂有黄色姜黄的合缝匣子里，在匣子上面的背面，画一个四方形的坛城，用七道线依次环绕。在坛城中间画一座须弥山，在须弥山顶上，出现八个角，在八个角上画八个大的四方形须弥山。在须弥山和八个山里面写上：吽榜吽（藏文：ཧཱུ~ྂ་བྂ་ཧཱུ~ྂ，梵文天城体：हुँ बं हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ baṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽榜吽）。写八个。在上面画一个金刚交杵环绕的四方形坛城，在其中或坛城中央观想不空成就佛安住。在金刚杵的中央写黄色的朗（藏文：ལྂ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：laṃ，汉语字面意思：朗）。用黄色的彩线缠绕并压制。自身面向南方，观想阎曼德迦身色黄色，安住在黄色四方形坛城之中。也以定力从黄色朗（藏文：ལྂ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：laṃ，汉语字面意思：朗）中生出烟雾，或者像黑色云团一样，覆盖要施法之人，使他什么也看不见，什么也不知道，须弥山和金刚杵等也反复压制八次，并念诵：嗡 诃栗扎 尾格日达纳纳 吽吽 啪 啪（藏文：ཨོྂ་ཧརིཥྚྲཱིཿབི་ཀྲྀ་ཏ་ན་ན་ཧཱུ~ྂ་ཧཱུ~ྂ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hariṣṭrīḥ vikṛta nana hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡 诃栗扎 尾格日达纳纳 吽吽 啪 啪）。在某某路的地方压制，是压制的事业。如果要做压制语言的事业，就像上面所说的那样画两个轮，将要施法之人的名字和所说的一切话都完整地写在朗（藏文：ལྂ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：laṃ，汉语字面意思：朗）字之间，念诵并压制语言。如果要做猛厉的事业，不说话，取墓地的布，混合人油、盐、黑芥子油、毒药、楝树叶、卡那卡树汁、焚尸的炭、手指血，做成墨水，用乌鸦的羽毛根做笔，在两个轮上，在两个吽（藏文：ཧཱུ~ྂ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字之间写上名字，放在前面的供台上，用蓝色的花在三个时间供养。自身面向南方，观想阎曼德迦身色如乌云般，在日轮之上，双足一伸一屈地安住，以令人恐惧的姿态张口龇牙。

Regarding the activities: Take cloth from a cemetery, and make ink from camphor or mustard seeds. Draw two wheels, and between the two wheels, write the name of the person to be affected. Place it inside a sealed box smeared with yellow turmeric. On the back of the top of the box, draw a square mandala surrounded by seven layers of lines. In the center of that, draw one Mount Meru. On top of Mount Meru, where eight points emerge, draw eight large square Mount Merus. Inside Mount Meru and the eight mountains, write: Hūṃ Baṃ Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུ~ྂ་བྂ་ཧཱུ~ྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं बं हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ baṃ hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ Baṃ Hūṃ). Write eight of them. On top of that, draw a square mandala surrounded by a vajra cross. Inside that, or in the center of the mandala, contemplate Amoghasiddhi residing. In the center of the vajra cross, write a yellow Laṃ (Tibetan: ལྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: laṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Laṃ). Wrap it with yellow colored thread and press down. Face yourself towards the south, and visualize Yamāntaka with a yellow body, residing inside a yellow square mandala. Also, through meditative concentration, from the yellow Laṃ (Tibetan: ལྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: laṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Laṃ) emanate smoke, or something like a mass of black clouds, which covers the person to be affected, so that they cannot see or know anything. Also, contemplate pressing down repeatedly, up to eight times, on Mount Meru and the vajra cross, and recite: Oṃ Hariṣṭrīḥ Vikṛta Nana Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོྂ་ཧརིཥྚྲཱིཿབི་ཀྲྀ་ཏ་ན་ན་ཧཱུ~ྂ་ཧཱུ~ྂ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hariṣṭrīḥ vikṛta nana hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Oṃ Hariṣṭrīḥ Vikṛta Nana Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ). Press down at the place of such and such a road. This is the activity of pressing down. If you need to do the activity of suppressing speech, draw two wheels as described above. Write the name of the person to be affected and all the meaning of their speech completely between the Laṃ (Tibetan: ལྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: laṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Laṃ) syllable, recite it, and suppress their speech. If you need to do a wrathful activity, without speaking, take cloth from a cemetery, and mix human oil, salt, black mustard oil, poison, neem tree leaves, juice of the Kana tree, charcoal from a cremated corpse, and blood from a finger to make ink. Use the root of a crow's feather as a pen, and write the name between the two Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུ~ྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ) syllables on the two wheels. Place it on the altar in front. Offer blue flowers three times a day. Face yourself towards the south, and visualize Yamāntaka with a body color like dark rain clouds, residing on top of a sun disc, with one leg extended and one leg bent, with a terrifying, gaping mouth and bared fangs.
