Visualize him holding a white vase filled with nectar water on top of a lunar mandala, empowering the person to be protected, and recite the mantra. The essence is: Om Haristri Vikritanana Hum Hum Phat Phat. Nama Che Ge Mo Shan Ting Kuru Nama Svaha. This is the peaceful action. If protecting a man, then on white silk or gro ga or clean yellow cloth, draw two wheels with spokes for pacifying and increasing actions using saffron, and write the name of the person to be acted upon up to Svaha. Offer yellow flowers three times a day, face north, visualize Yamāntaka with a yellow body in the attire of a king, and visualize both yourself and the person to be protected residing on a moon like molten gold, and visualize him holding a golden vase filled with yellow nectar water, empowering them, and recite. Write with red cinnabar. Between the two syllables "HO," write the complete name and lineage of the person to be worked on. Fill a conjoined copper box with butter and honey, and place the wheel (mandala) inside as well. Wrap it with a red thread and place it on a platform. Offer red flowers three times a day. Face west and meditate on Yamāntaka (Tibetan: གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་) with a red body, in a posture of subjugation. Also, visualize the lunar disc as red, and meditate on the form to be subjugated as red. Focus on it appearing on the moon. Visualize red rays of light emanating from your heart, filling the body and mind of the person to be subjugated with red light, causing them to weaken and become intoxicated. The light then gathers back, drawing them to your feet, and visualize them being subjugated. If they cannot be subjugated or subdued, heat the container with butter over a good, smokeless fire. Recite the mantra many times, and as it becomes warm, they will be subdued and subjugated. The heart mantra is: Om Hrih Strih Vikritanana Hum Hum Phat Phat, So-and-so become subjugated Svaha! Visualize him holding an iron hook in his right hand and a red lasso in his left, grasping the heart of the person to be attracted and pulling them towards you, and recite the mantra. If they cannot be attracted in this way, heat ash from plowing a field with fire, then heat the object with it, and recite the mantra. As it becomes hot, they will be attracted.
