The iron nails gleam blackly, universally binding, firmly lacquered black. The palace stands majestically in four directions, in the courtyard of the eight iron fortresses, Four executioners, emanations of karma, together with their consorts, destroy the eight classes of beings. In the sixteen-gated iron fortress, the arrogant hosts of Kamka Shaza gather, Other hosts of messengers stand majestically. The numbers of the arrogant ones' actions and unions are, Four and sixteen, twelve, eight; likewise, five and sixteen, eight. The essence of meaning is twelve, three; the quintessence of that is gathered into five. The ascetic practices of power are traversed in five ways; its life-force vows are two and three. The body of immutable Dharma-nature is contemplation; the conditions that stimulate substances and desires are, Life-force, action, and Ekala. Having gathered them, offer them to the independent lord. Having bestowed blessings and vigor, condense them into bindus. The all-possessing Buddha, the Thus-Gone-One, Is spontaneously accomplished in the manner of perfection. From the Tantra of Manifesting Fierce Mantras, the first chapter, the Introduction to the Wrathful One. Then, the Bhagavan spoke this introduction to the arising of fierce mantras. The unchanging root is bodhicitta; one is the nature of the ground of all. Since the realm of Dharma is unborn, the three bodies of the Buddha are wisdom and mind. Habitual tendencies increase in mind and body; all phenomena of appearance and existence, Are gathered into bodhicitta and the realm of Dharma. Not abiding in characteristics, the nature is one. The unelaborated, great bliss, pure body; the unimpeded, self-nature, pure speech; The unobstructed, all meanings, perfect mind; the clear and pure habitual tendencies of mind and body, Appear as both happiness and suffering. One meaning arises from bodhicitta. From the habitual tendencies in the continuum of beings, from the habitual tendencies of unborn causes and conditions, The elements grasp consciousness as aggregates. Appearance and existence are unthought, devoid of causes and conditions. Bliss is unborn, naturally empty; cause, condition, and result abide as one. The Dharmakaya does not abide, the wisdom body; one meaning, awareness is truly connected. Samsara and nirvana, vessel and essence, are empty and desolate; sentient beings and Buddhas are not two. The ultimate and conventional are not two; skillful means and wisdom are clear as mudras. From the realm of Dharma, the self-nature of wisdom awareness is spontaneously accomplished, clear as mudras. The beings abiding in the six realms, and the meaning of the Buddhas who have passed into sorrowless peace, Cause and effect are inseparable in the Dharmakaya.
