Ruka, Vajrakumara at the navel. Supreme Heruka at the secret place. The right leg subdues all arrogance, and the left leg is powerful. Meditate on them residing in the self-nature wheel, together with their consorts and retinue. On the moon disc in their hearts, by the emanation and absorption of the letter (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), drawn from the sound of long (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) and short (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). From the subduer of all arrogance and the powerful one, by the rays of light of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), enter into the central channel. Radiate to the heart of the Supreme Heruka. From that to Vajrakumara, from that to Vajra Heruka, from that to Padmavangchen, from that to Manjushri Yamantaka, from that to the heart of the Guru. From that, rays of light radiate, pervading the head and tail of the body, the five poisons of affliction and the three poisons, habitual obscurations are cut off from the root, and enlightenment is attained in the Dharmadhatu. This is called recitation. Then, at the time of accomplishment, light radiates from the Guru's heart, radiating to the heart of Manjushri Yamantaka. From that to Padmavangchen. From that to Vajra Heruka, from that to Vajrakumara. From that to the Supreme Heruka. From that, entering the right great channel, it radiates to the heart of the subduer of all arrogance. From that, entering the left great channel, it radiates to the heart of the powerful black one. From that, the ging, demons, Yama, etc., those holding weapons in their hands radiate, cutting off the enemies and obstacles to be slain, and then gathering again in the hearts of the subduer of arrogance and the powerful one, it is said to be the practice of action. From that, the light again radiates, radiating light in sequence, to Yama of the crown chakra, and radiating from the Guru's heart, the wisdom of the yogi increases like the waxing moon, it is called great accomplishment. One whose self-nature has not been accomplished from the beginning, by reciting the Great Perfection, is also called Buddha. Thus, repeated emanation is also called the Samaya Sattva. Emanating downwards is also called the Karma Sattva. Then, gathering upwards is called the Jnana Sattva. Thus, by the emanation and absorption of light, habitual obscurations gradually decrease, and wisdom grows like the waxing moon. This is the Great Perfection Yoga. Please check if there are any missing words here. At the time of union, from both the father and mother, the deities arrange the light.
