ད་སྦྱོར་བ་ཡི། །མཉམ་ཉིད་ཟུང་དུ་འཇུག་པར་འགྱུར། །དབྱེར་མེད་དེ་ལ་གནས་པས་ན། །རྫོགས་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཞེས་སུ་བརྗོད། ། རྟེན་པའི་གཞི་ནི་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་མཆོད་པའི་ཚོགས་ཆེན་པོ། །ཕ་མ་བུ་དང་བུ་མོ་ནི། །ཡབ་ཡུམ་སྲས་དང་སྲས་མོ་སྟེ། །ཕྱི་ནང་འཁོར་ནི་ཉེ་དུ་དང་། །བྲན་འབངས་མངག་གཞུག་ལ་སོགས་ཡིན། །དང་པོ་ཉིད་ནས་རྫོགས་པས་ན། །ཆེན་པོའི་རྫོགས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ། །སྣང་བ་སྣ་ཚོགས་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ། །རྟོག་པ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རབ་རྫོགས་ཏེ། །མི་རྟོག་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆོས་སྐུར་རྫོགས། །འདི་ལ་མ་རྫོགས་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པའི། །སྐལ་མེད་དེ་དག་འཁོར་བར་ལྟུང་། །དེ་བས་རྫོགས་པའི་ཚུལ་ཤེས་པའི། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ནི། །གནས་གསུམ་སྦྱོར་བ་ཅི་འདྲ་ཡང་། །ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུམ་རྫོགས། །ཏིང་འཛིན་དམིགས་པའི་གདེང་ཐོབ་པས། །དེ་དག་མྱུར་དུ་མངོན་དབྱུང་ཕྱིར། །རིག་པའི་སྤྱོད་པ་མངོན་དབྱུང་བྱ། །སྔོན་བཞིན་སྤྱད་པར་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། །དང་པོར་སྤྱོད་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱིས། །ཕལ་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་མི་མཐུན་ཕྱོགས། །རང་ལ་གནོད་པ་གཞན་ལ་སྤང་། །ཕན་པའང་དེ་བཞིན་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ནི་ཕན་གནོད་བྲལ། །མ་རུངས་བཀྲེན་དང་འཁྲུགས་པ་དང་། །དབང་དང་བག་མེད་ལོག་ལྷ་ཅན། །ཆགས་དང་ཞེན་པ་ཡོངས་མི་འདོར། །དེ་ཉིད་མཆོག་ཏུ་གྱུར་ལ་སྤང་། །འཕགས་པ་སྙིང་རྗེའི་གནས་མིན་ཏེ། །ལམ་གྱི་གྲོགས་སུ་ག་ལ་འགྱུར། །རློམ་སེམས་ཁེ་གྲགས་ཕན་ཡོན་དང་། །ཕྲག་དོག་ཅན་དང་དབང་མེད་འགྱོད། །བསམས་པའི་དྲི་མས་འབགས་པ་མིན། །གནས་དང་སྣང་བ་གནོད་པའི་ཡུལ། །རང་བཞིན་བསྒྲུབ་པ་མྱོང་བའི་རྒྱན། །བཟོད་ཅིང་མ་ཆགས་དོན་དང་བཅས། །དཀའ་བ་སྤྱོད་ནུས་སྤྱོད་པའི་གྲོགས། །དུས་འདིར་མ་རུངས་མ་ཕན་ཅིང་། །འཁྲུལ་པའི་གནས་ངན་ཡུལ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཐབས་དང་རྣམ་འཕྲུལ་མ་དག་བལྟ། །སྟོང་པ་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཅན་སྦྱོར་ཞིང་། །རླབས་ཆེན་འཇུག་པ་ཕ་རོལ་འདས། །ཀུན་རྫོབ་བདེན་པའི་དག་པའོ། །དུས་གསུམ་དོན་ཡོད་བཅས་པ་དང་། །ཕྲ་མོའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས། །འཚོ་བ་བདུད་རྩི་བཞིན་དུ་སྤྱད། །དྲན་དང་ཤེས་པ་བག་ཡོད་བསྟེན། །དགེ་དང་སྡིག་པའི་བྱེད་པ་བགྲང་། །བསྔོ་བྱ་གཅིག་ལས་གཞན་དུ་མིན། །སྒྱུ་མ་སྒྲ་བརྙན་རྨི་ལམ་བཞིན། ། བདག་དང་དངོས་པོ་སེམས་ཅན་དག །དབྱེ་བ་མེད་ཅིང་ཡོངས་མ་གྲུབ། །གུས་ཤིང་མ་འདྲེས་ལྟོས་པ་མེད། །ཉོན་མོངས་མེད་པར་སྤྱད་པ་ནི། །ཐུན་མོང་ཆོས་སུ་སྤྱོད་པ

此乃结合也， 平等双运将生起， 安住于无别之中， 故名圆满瑜伽。 所依之基乃宫殿， 受用乃广大之供养， 父母子女即， 父母、子与女也， 内外眷属乃亲友， 奴仆臣民使唤等， 从初即已圆满故， 故名大圆满， 显现种种变化身， 念头受用极圆满， 无念智慧圆满为法身， 于此说为未圆满， 无缘之辈将堕轮回， 因此知晓圆满之理， 瑜伽大士乃， 三处结合无论何， 自性三身皆圆满， 得定专注之把握故， 为令彼等迅速现前， 当现明觉之行， 如前一般当行持， 初时行持之瑜伽士， 与凡俗世间不符之方， 于己有害于他当舍弃， 有益亦当如是成办之， 诸佛乃离于利害， 不驯悭吝与争斗， 具权放逸邪神者， 贪执不舍弃， 于彼等之上当舍弃， 圣者非为慈悲之境， 岂能成为道之友？ 骄慢贪利名闻与， 嫉妒者与无力悔恨者， 非为分别垢染所染， 处所与显现损害之境， 自性成办体验之庄严， 忍耐不贪著具意义， 能行苦行乃行持之友， 此时不驯不益且， 为错乱之恶处也， 以方便与幻化观不净， 空性与大悲者结合， 伟大之进入超越彼岸， 乃世俗谛之清净也， 三时具义所摄持， 微细之瑜伽完全圆满， 生活如甘露般行持， 忆念与正知依止谨慎， 善与恶业之作为数算， 回向唯独一而非他， 如幻如影如梦境。 我与事物有情等， 无有分别且未成就， 恭敬不杂无所依， 无有烦恼而行持乃， 共同法中行持也。

This is the union, The equality of union will arise, Since it abides in the undifferentiated, It is called the perfect yoga. The basis of support is the palace, The enjoyment is the great assembly of offerings, The parents, sons, and daughters are, The father, mother, son, and daughter, The outer and inner retinues are relatives, Servants, subjects, messengers, and so on, Since it is complete from the beginning, It is called the Great Perfection, The appearance is the various emanation bodies, The thoughts and enjoyments are perfectly complete, The non-conceptual wisdom is complete as the Dharmakaya, Those who say it is incomplete, The unfortunate ones will fall into samsara, Therefore, knowing the way of perfection, The great yogi is, Whatever the union of the three places, The three Kayas of self-nature are complete, Having obtained the confidence of meditative focus, In order to quickly manifest them, The conduct of awareness should be manifested, It should be practiced as before, The yogi who practices at the beginning, In a way that is incompatible with the ordinary world, What is harmful to oneself should be abandoned to others, What is beneficial should also be accomplished in the same way, The Buddhas are free from benefit and harm, The untamed, miserly, and quarrelsome, Those with power, recklessness, and heretical gods, Attachment and clinging are not completely abandoned, Above them, one should abandon, The noble ones are not the object of compassion, How can they become friends on the path? Arrogance, greed for profit, fame, and, Those who are jealous and powerless to regret, Are not stained by the defilement of discrimination, The place and appearance are the object of harm, The adornment of experiencing the accomplishment of self-nature, Enduring, unattached, with meaning, Being able to practice asceticism is a friend of practice, At this time, it is untamed, unhelpful, and, It is a bad place of confusion, Looking at impurity with skillful means and illusion, Combining emptiness with the compassionate one, The great entry transcends the other shore, It is the purity of conventional truth, The three times are meaningful and included, The subtle yoga is completely perfect, Living is practiced like nectar, Mindfulness and awareness rely on caution, The actions of virtue and vice are counted, The dedication is only to one and not to another, Like illusion, like reflection, like dream. Self, things, sentient beings, etc., Are without distinction and not accomplished, Respectful, unmixed, without dependence, Practicing without afflictions is, Practicing in the common Dharma.
