Like a precious jewel. The supreme quality of all Buddhas. From the beginning, not abandoning, qualities increase. Its certainty cannot be expressed. The basis for attaining supreme accomplishment. What need is there to mention minor accomplishments? Therefore, diligently generate and protect it. If it becomes impaired, In the pure mandala of self-nature, It is lost by receiving the outer empowerment. Secondly, it is lost by receiving the inner empowerment. Thirdly, it is lost by receiving the secret empowerment. Fourthly, it is lost by practicing the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge. If there is a teacher, confess and offer. To that empowerment, offer pleasingly. If there is none, then Vajra brothers, Accumulate many and make confession. Then offer the empowerment pleasingly. Turn the great wheel of the assembly. By this, the restoration of what is impaired, Is called the supreme ritual. Thus it was said. The king of tantras, the king of kings, the most secret of all the secrets of all the Tathagatas, from the twelve-chapter Kilaya Tantra, the chapter on the arrangement of vows, the twenty-third chapter. Then, the entire assembly of wrathful Karma Heruka and others, each having fulfilled and manifested their own intentions, circumambulated the Bhagavan Vajrakilaya three times with body, speech, and mind, and after prostrating, looked at the Lord of Secrets and praised him with these most wondrous words: Emaho, how wondrous and great! In the supreme realm of equality, With great compassion, secretly, The realm of the pervasive lord, unmixed with all. The body, speech, mind, qualities, and The activities and mudras, the mandalas, Cannot be expressed, beyond number. The countless beings, each according to their own, Their discriminations are so many, Great is the wonder that compassion emanates. Emaho, the most wondrous and amazing Dharma! Whose nature is like the sky, The transformations like illusions, Are shown only in conventional truth. Thus they spoke. The Bhagavan, the king of the blood-drinking ones, Vajrakilaya, contemplating the equality of the four times, without duality, remained silent, beyond words and thoughts. Then, the wrathful Karma Heruka rose from his seat, prostrated with his head, and made obeisance, and spoke thus: O! O! Bhagavan, Lord of Prophecy, the Sutra spoken from your mouth

Its meaning. In brief, for us. Please show this scripture of meditation. Having spoken thus. Then, the Bhagavan, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrakila, arose from the state of non-duality. With the eyes of magical power, he looked at the mandala of the retinue in a way that seemed as if he was not looking. With a smiling face, he looked at Karma Heruka and spoke these words. Listen, Karma Heruka. The king of tantras, the meaning of Dharma. This I will explain in brief. All phenomena are the illusion of the mind. Apart from the mind, there are no phenomena. The Dharma is taught to reverse illusion. Its magic appears as illusion. All phenomena that appear as illusion. Are merely appearances of one's own mind. The nature of the mind is not established as real. If mixed before and after, there is no nature. Primordially unborn, completely pure. Without letters and free from sound. Separate from all terms. Transcending the realm of emptiness and emptiness. Transcending the realm and free from expression. Therefore, the mind itself is the root of Dharma. That itself appears from existence and liberation. Ho! Emaho, the mind itself is emptiness. The realm of great, uncreated emptiness. On the nature that is free from expression. There is no place or ornament to be placed. Where are the teacher and retinue? There are no individual letters in meditation. The implements and body color are not permanent. The cushions and postures are countless. Emptiness is absent, and compassion is absent. Accumulating merit, generating bodhicitta, etc. There is no generation of image mandalas. There is no invitation of the self-nature mandala. There are no non-dual mantras and mudras. There is no taming of the three realms with compassion. There is no complete taming with fierceness. There is no destruction of the fierce mandala. There is no essence of the evil mantra of killing. Where is the angry stance? There is no difference in constant meditation. There is no difference in activities. There are no poisons or potions. Where is the protection of sentient beings? There is not even a name sealed by the vajra. All actions are separate. The vows of the body transcend all. The vows of speech transcend expression. The vows of mind are free from thought. All expressions are conventional truth. Conventional truth is taught to reverse illusion. The ultimate truth should be known. It is the nature of Dharma that transcends the mind.
