All the broken vows due to laziness caused by sleep, and distraction of mind causing mantra and mudra to be distorted, and failure to promptly accept vows, I confess and repent all of them. May this excellent four-legged cause be liberated by the four actions, and may its power be strengthened. Having blessed these foods offered with motherly love in a proper manner, may all limitless sentient beings attain the state of the wisdom guru. May all broken vows be fulfilled, and may the wishes of each individual be fulfilled! May the yogis of former times who have passed away purify the two obscurations and perfect the two accumulations. May they become our helpers! May all the samaya substances that I have killed in the past and present, and all the lives of beings that have been killed, be liberated through wisdom, and may they become qualified for yoga! May those who have been our teachers from our previous lives until now, and those who share the same lineage and the same yidam, be pleased with their vows. Due to my small compassion, the ability to inspire the vows of the noble ones has declined, and I have failed in the empowerment that was granted, and due to ignorance, I cannot bear the causes of happiness and suffering. The three doors of body, speech, and mind disturb the mind, and I speak words that are not in accordance with the Dharma. Due to unskilled conduct, I have forgotten the deities of vows, the guru, the virtuous friend, and the vajra brothers and sisters, the deities of vows, and all accomplishments have declined. Due to being separated from the wise superiors, the offerings are not continuous, and relying on non-Dharmic companions, the lineage is not continuous. Due to the mixing of merit, the ability has diminished, and being controlled by laziness and indifference, not becoming a place of compassion, the wisdom deities and protectors have declined. From the suffering of the distant Dharma, being separated from the objects of happiness, accumulating the parts of sins, and the obscurations that prevent offerings and generosity from being realized, and from the arising of non-reasoning thoughts that cut off doubts from the unsurpassed mind of enlightenment, and those who have become extremely miserable, I remember and confess and admit with a sense of remorse. May this confession purify feelings and non-feelings and habitual patterns merely by reciting it. May we attain the state and purify the lineage, thereby attaining the irreversible state. May we receive the empowerment of the deity and the guru, and how the mandala was previously granted, and may we not regress and attain the four accomplishments. All statements of faults
