祈愿圆满！愿过去世的瑜伽士们，二障得以清净，二资粮得以圆满，成为我们的助伴。我过去和现在所杀害的生灵，愿都以智慧的方式超度，成为具有瑜伽资质的人。我们从前世至今，成为上师，以及传承相同、本尊相同的誓言得以满足。因我慈悲心不足，导致迎请圣尊誓言的力量减弱，以及因接受灌顶而失败，以及因愚痴未觉而无法忍受苦乐，身语意三门扰乱，说非法之语，以及因行为不善，导致誓言之神、上师、善知识、金刚兄弟姐妹的誓言之神被遗忘，一切成就都衰退，以及因与明智的上师分离，导致供品不连续，以及依赖非正法的友伴，导致传承不连续，以及因福德混杂导致力量减弱，被懒惰和放任所控制，未成为慈悲的处所，导致智慧本尊和护法衰退，以及因抛弃正法，远离安乐之物，积累罪业，以及供养布施不足的罪障，以及在发起无上菩提心时，产生犹豫不决的非善念，以及极其痛苦之事，追忆之后以嗔恨之心忏悔。愿此忏悔仅是念诵，就能清净觉知与不觉知以及习气。愿获得果位，清净相续，获得不退转之地。愿获得本尊和上师的加持，以及如前坛城所赐予的，不退转并获得四种成就。愿远离一切过失，所积累的善根都能如实获得功德。然后布施会供食子。嗡 希日 嘿汝嘎 玛哈 班匝 达吉尼（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་མ་ཧཱ་བཛྲ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་，梵文天城体：ॐ श्री हेरुक महा वज्र डाकिनी，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ śrī heruka mahā vajra ḍākinī，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥，嘿汝嘎，大，金刚，空行母）。班匝 郭日（藏文：བཛྲ་གཽ་རི་，梵文天城体：वज्र गौरी，梵文罗马拟音：vajra gaurī，汉语字面意思：金刚，郭日）

May it be fulfilled! May the past yogis who have passed away purify the two obscurations and complete the two accumulations. May they become our empty companions. May all the beings I have killed in the past and present be liberated through wisdom and become qualified for yoga. From our previous lives until now, may the vows of those who have become teachers, who have the same lineage and the same yidam, be pleased. Due to my lack of compassion, the power of invoking the vows of the noble ones has diminished, and due to failure in receiving empowerment, and due to not realizing ignorance, I cannot bear the causes of happiness and suffering. My body, speech, and mind are disturbed, and I speak non-Dharma words. Due to unskilled conduct, the deities of vows, teachers, virtuous friends, and vajra brothers and sisters, the deities of vows, are forgotten, and all accomplishments decline. Due to separation from the wise superiors, the offerings are not continuous, and relying on non-Dharma friends, the lineage is not continuous. Due to the mixture of merit, the power has diminished, and being controlled by laziness and indifference, I have not become a place of compassion, causing the wisdom deities and protectors to decline. Separated from the suffering of the Dharma of abandonment, I am separated from the objects of happiness, accumulating sins, and obscurations due to insufficient offerings and generosity. When generating the mind of unsurpassed enlightenment, non-virtuous thoughts of doubt arise, and I remember the extremely painful things and confess with a hateful mind. May this confession, just by reciting it, purify awareness and unawareness and habitual tendencies. May I attain the state and purify the lineage, attaining the irreversible ground. May I receive the blessings of the deities and teachers, and as the mandala was given before, may I not regress and attain the four accomplishments. May I be free from all faults and may all the accumulated roots of virtue attain perfect qualities. Then, offer the tsok offering.
