At one time, the Bhagavan Tathagata, and the Vajra, and the Jewel, and the Padma, and the Supreme of all the Karma families, the Great Secret, the Samaya Vow, the Great Bliss of Non-Duality, having obtained power, the Great Lord of the Yoga of Skillful Means and Wisdom, the Great Lord of all the Three Realms, the Great Secret of all the Tathagatas, equally entering into all the expanse of space, endowed with the occasion of the Paramitas, the empowerment of the Wisdom and Knowledge of the Great Supreme Heruka, the Body, Speech, and Mind of all the Tathagatas, the Precious Secret, the Diamond, the Supremely Secret Bhagavan, dwelt silently in the center of the Mandala of Women.
