If you make extensive offerings to the mothers, if you die, your mind will be constantly destroyed. From then on, whoever eats a lot of meat will soon achieve yoga. Whoever does not eat meat will have no accomplishment. If you do not break your vows, then all the retinue will not kill you either. The wisdom of the mudras should be learned. After performing the dance and offering of the mudras, give the torma, satisfy them with food, drink, and enjoyment, and then send them away. This is the mandala of the mudra called "the vow of all accomplishments." Then, with honey and other three offerings, pay homage to the Bhagavan, and with one voice offer this essence of your own suchness. Svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Svāhā，成就). Then this mandala will be explained: At the four corners and four doors, draw the outer mandala. Inside that, draw a mandala in the shape of a bow. In the center of that, place the three chief ones. Honey-maker, victorious one, and likewise all meanings and benefits, are called "accomplishers." Adorned with armor, and likewise holding the skull mark. Wearing the clothes of a goddess and holding garlands. Smiling slightly and also wrathful. Sitting on a lion throne, adorned with a circle of light. They are the pure givers of all accomplishments, the three are equal to the three realms. In all the doors and corners, place the retinue and so on well. Accomplishers, great increasers, yakshas, fierce ones, supreme ones, slayers. On the outer banner tip, at all the bells and garlands, place vases filled with excellent wine. And all the bhutas and tormas. Singing various songs, playing music, and likewise the teacher performing dances, enter with all the mudras. Having entered, with faith in the practice, prostrate again and again, make offerings with all the flowers, and also recite the practice and suchness. The three worlds, the three existences, the three supreme ones, the three bad destinies, the three offerings, the three kinds. The virtuous one is accomplished by secrecy, and is constant for all accomplishments. Then recite the heart mantra once and make the mudra.

The right index finger of all should be made into an iron hook to draw. Then shake the rosaries with bells. After putting everything down, put them in like that. Then recite this samaya. If the samaya is transgressed, then whatever being kills the father, and whatever being kills the mother, will go to that state. One should always rely on the holy ones, completely abandon the non-holy ones, and not show this (secret) to others. One should always practice the three samayas. This is the samaya. Then celebrate with songs, dances, music, laughter, joy, food, and satisfaction. Also make offerings of mudras and dance music, and the Acharya should also declare the wisdom that has arisen and will arise with that mudra and accompaniment. Then, starting from that, all accomplishments, all perfections, and all wealth will be accomplished. This is the mandala of samaya. Then the four sisters prostrate to the Bhagavan and offer their own essence of suchness. Hūṃ. (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) Then this mandala should be explained. The mandala is drawn round in all directions, and four wheels are made on the four lines. In those mandalas, the images of the four goddesses facing the four doors should be placed, that is, the Joyful Mother faces east, holding a bow and arrow, diligent, charming, with red skin. The Killing Mother faces south, holding a sword and shield, with black skin. The Pig Mother faces west, holding a golden treasure, golden in color. The Accomplishing Mother, named Peaceful Mother, faces north, holding a knife and a meat khar, with white skin. Signs should be placed on the four outer doors. Then the Acharya rings the bell and enters with the katvanga in his left hand. After entering, recite the heart essence. Then show the offerings of mudras and dances. Then all the desired accomplishments will be given. Everyone will make offerings. All demons, including dakinis, cannot harm, and this will also generate wealth. It will please with all things that one wants to manifest, and it will extract all treasures.
