金刚手如来对所有如来说了这样的话：世尊，如果所有如来都具备了领悟三个秘密字母的能力，那么这些菩萨将会信仰和修持所有如来的菩提行金刚。所有如来祈请道：是哪三个呢？金刚持回答说：所有如来的身金刚，所有如来的语金刚，以及所有如来的意金刚，就是这三个。然后，所有如来都向世尊金刚手的双足顶礼，默默地坐在一旁。之后，金刚手，所有如来的主宰，对所有如来以及所有菩萨说道：世尊，所有如来在过去不可言说，又不可言说的，超越如佛刹微尘数般的劫数之前，当世尊如来，应供，正等觉燃灯佛也已逝世之后，直到大雄释迦牟尼佛证得正等觉之间，也未曾宣说。这是什么原因呢？世尊，因为未曾讲述大秘密处之义，是因为那时那刻众生没有福分。然而，世尊，所有如来，通过这秘密集合，仅仅一刹那、一瞬间、一须臾，就能圆满佛陀的菩提。那些在恒河沙数般无数劫中，菩萨们努力寻求也无法获得菩提者，若对秘密集合生起极大欢喜的菩萨，在此生就能列入所有如来的佛陀之列。之后，那些菩萨听闻语金刚的文字之语后，都极度哭泣。然后，所有如来对那些菩萨们这样说道：菩萨们，你们不要哭泣。

Vajrapani Tathagata spoke these words to all the Tathagatas: "Bhagavan, if all the Tathagatas are endowed with the realization of the three secret letters, then these Bodhisattvas will believe in and cultivate the Vajra of the Bodhi conduct of all the Tathagatas." All the Tathagatas requested: "Which are the three?" Vajrapani replied: "The Body Vajra of all the Tathagatas, the Speech Vajra of all the Tathagatas, and the Mind Vajra of all the Tathagatas, these are the three." Then, all those Tathagatas prostrated at the two feet of Bhagavan Vajrapani and sat silently. Then, Vajrapani, the Lord of all the Tathagatas, spoke to all those Tathagatas and all the Bodhisattvas: "Bhagavan, all the Tathagatas, in the past, before countless and unspeakable kalpas equal to the dust particles of Buddha-fields, after the Bhagavan Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Dipamkara had also passed away, even until the great sage Shakyamuni Buddha attained perfect enlightenment, it was not spoken. What is the reason for this? Bhagavan, the reason for not explaining the meaning of the great secret place is that at that time, at that moment, sentient beings did not have the merit. However, Bhagavan, all the Tathagatas, through this secret assembly, in just a moment, an instant, a short while, can perfect the Bodhi of Buddhahood. Those who strive and seek for countless kalpas like the sands of the Ganges River but cannot attain Bodhi, if a Bodhisattva who is greatly delighted in the secret assembly, in this very life, will be counted among the Buddhas of all the Tathagatas." Then, those Bodhisattvas, having heard these words of the Speech Vajra, wept greatly. Then, all those Tathagatas spoke to those Bodhisattvas: "Bodhisattvas, do not weep."

Do not weep! Do not generate the three sufferings! Then, all the Tathagatas said to those Bodhisattvas: "World Honored One, how can all the Tathagatas not weep? How can we not generate the three sufferings? What is the reason for that? World Honored One, we do not have a share in the secret three syllables, not even a share in hearing the name!" All the Tathagatas said: "Noble son, do not say that! Letters are common. Noble son, just as you do not know and have not heard, so too, neither we, all the Tathagatas, nor all the Bodhisattvas, have attained perfect enlightenment without properly obtaining these secret three syllables. What is the reason for that? Because the secret three syllables are completely pure." Then, all those Bodhisattvas became silent. Then, the World Honored One, all the Tathagatas, resided in the lotus of the essence of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, the Vajra Mother. Then, the mother of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas praised the World Honored One, the master of all the Tathagatas, the great Vajradhara, with joy: "The realm of beings is the lord of the place, you are the vajra heart. With joy, wish-fulfilling, meaningful desire, please protect me! Protector, if you are willing to listen to me today, please make the great father of beings happy, please delight me!" Then, Mamaqi, the mind-mother of all the Tathagatas, truly praised the master of all the Tathagatas, the great Vajradhara, with the words of the supreme letter of vajra desire, joy, and offering: "Your vajra body is the wheel of speech, benefiting many beings. 对大持金刚主以欲妙受用之誓句而作真实赞颂：您是金刚语，利益一切且具慈悲心，于世间中，为成办所需之事而恒常精进。怙主，若您欲令我今日存活，请以极喜之行，普贤之行，令我欢喜。其后，一切如来之身语意誓句金刚女之薄伽梵，一切如来之主大持金刚，以此安乐与心安乐之喜而赞颂。您是金刚欲，殊胜誓句之大利益，圆满佛陀之胜种姓，平等性中具慈悲心。怙主，若您欲令我今日存活，请以功德珍宝圣妙之宝藏，令我欢喜。其后，薄伽梵金刚手入于名为受用一切如来欲妙金刚威德之等持，以誓句之轮，对一切如来之妃等享用欲妙，且寂然不语。其后，所有这些虚空界，皆为一切如来之身语意金刚誓句之精液所充满，如以金刚水充满宝瓶般安住。其后，凡此金刚虚空界中，所有众生三身真实显现者，彼等以金刚威德真实觉悟者，彼等一切皆成为如来、应供、正等觉、具金刚三智者。自此之后，一切众生皆为普贤，名为普贤，以一切如来之身语意金刚灌顶。其后，一切如来之主金刚手，对彼等一切如来如是说道：薄伽梵，一切如来是否见证一切法之平等性？其后，彼等一切如来以金刚手向一切如来之主如是祈请：薄伽梵，一切如来

A true praise to the Great Vajradhara Lord with the vows of enjoying desires: You are the Vajra speech, benefiting all and having compassion. In the world, you are always diligent in accomplishing the necessary things. Protector, if you wish me to live today, please delight me with the practice of great joy, the practice of Samantabhadra. Then, the body, speech, and mind vows of all the Tathagatas, the Vajra Consort Bhagavati, the Lord of all the Tathagatas, the Great Vajradhara, is praised with this joy of happiness and peace of mind. You are the Vajra desire, the great benefit of the supreme vow, the supreme lineage of the perfect Buddha, having compassion in equality. Protector, if you wish me to live today, please delight me with the treasure of precious and sacred qualities. Then, the Bhagavan Vajrapani entered into the samadhi called "Vajra Glory of Enjoying All Desires of the Tathagatas," and with the wheel of vows, he enjoyed desires with all the consorts of the Tathagatas, and became silent. Then, all these realms of space were filled with the essence of the body, speech, and mind Vajra vows of all the Tathagatas, and remained like a vase filled with Vajra water. Then, whoever in this Vajra realm of space, all sentient beings whose three bodies truly appear, those who truly realize with the Vajra glory, all of them became Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly enlightened Buddhas, possessors of the three Vajra wisdoms. From then on, all sentient beings became Samantabhadra, called Samantabhadra, empowered by the body, speech, and mind Vajra of all the Tathagatas. 一切的智慧平等性，以及金刚智慧的行持，我都见到了。善逝，我都见到了。然后，世尊一切如来从一切如来的妃子的莲花中显现，向世尊如来金刚手大士这样禀告道：因为以贪欲的文字之语来随证佛陀的菩提，这是世尊，真是稀有啊！善逝，真是稀有啊！然后，金刚手一切如来的主尊对一切如来这样说道：世尊，一切如来，不要这样说。那是什么缘故呢？因为一切法与虚空金刚的誓言相等，所以不是色蕴，不是受蕴，不是想蕴，不是行蕴，不是识蕴，不是界，不是处。同样，不是贪欲，不是嗔恨，不是愚痴，不是法，也不是非法。然后，一切如来都不说话了。然后，世尊一切如来的主尊金刚手对一切如来和菩萨们说道：你们要在一切世界中修持一切如来的身语意金刚秘密。那是什么缘故呢？因为十方安住的这些菩萨们有这个法类的分。然后，金刚手一切如来的主尊对金刚法说道：种姓之子，受持一切如来的誓言的真如。你被一切如来授予一切法自在金刚的灌顶。然后，菩萨摩诃萨金刚法回答说：如是照做。然后就不说话了。然后，一切如来都融入金刚萨埵的三个字中，成为自己的身语意。
