I have seen the equality of all wisdoms, and the conduct of Vajra wisdom. Sugata, I have seen it. Then, the Blessed One, all the Tathagatas, manifested from the lotus of the consorts of all the Tathagatas, and spoke thus to the Blessed One, the great Vajrapani: "Because the Bodhi of the Buddhas is attained by the words of the letters of desire, O Blessed One, it is wonderful! Sugata, it is wonderful!" Then, the master of all the Tathagatas, Vajrapani, spoke thus to all those Tathagatas: "Blessed Ones, all Tathagatas, do not speak thus. Why is that? Because all dharmas are equal to the vow of the Vajra of space, therefore they are not the skandha of form, not the skandha of feeling, not the skandha of perception, not the skandha of formation, not the skandha of consciousness, not the realms, not the sources. Likewise, not desire, not hatred, not delusion, not dharma, and not non-dharma." Then, all those Tathagatas became silent. Then, the master of all the Tathagatas, the Blessed One Vajrapani, spoke to all the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas: "You should meditate on the Vajra secret of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas in all the realms of the world. Why is that? Because these Bodhisattvas abiding in the ten directions have a share in this category of dharma." Then, the master of all the Tathagatas, Vajrapani, spoke to Vajradharma: "Son of the lineage, hold this suchness of the vow of all the Tathagatas. You are empowered by all the Tathagatas as the Vajra, the lord of all dharmas." Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajradharma replied: "I will do as such." And then he became silent. Then, all those Tathagatas entered into the three letters of Vajrasattva, becoming their own body, speech, and mind.

Then, the Tathagata Vairochana, the three realms, all bodies are Vajra, and all the bodies of the Tathagatas are in equality, focused and did not speak. Then, the Tathagata Speech Vajra, the three realms, all speech dwells in Vajra, and all the speech of the Tathagatas is in equality, focused and did not speak. Then, the Tathagata Vajrapani, the three realms, all minds dwell in Vajra, and all the minds of the Tathagatas are in equality, focused and did not speak. Thus it was declared. From the great secret of body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, the secret assembly, the vows and precepts of all the Tathagatas, the king of Vajra blessings, is the seventeenth chapter. The great secret of body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, called the great king tantra of secret assembly, is complete. Translated by the Indian Abbot Vimalamitra and the translator Pal Tsek. Again, when proofreading, the two commentaries of Master Yeshe Zhab and Vishwamitra, as well as Vibhrita, including the later translation, were consulted. The two commentaries and Vibhrita are no different from the earlier translation, but the later translation has many places where the translation is not smooth, the meaning is not good, the meaning is difficult to understand, the words are repeated, etc., and the meaning is not translated accordingly.
