Then, by merely uttering this, all the deities along with their retinues faint and their minds are greatly terrified, and they remember the Vajra body. By this mantra of the Great Wrathful One, even the great deities and other gods are terrified, and they join their hands and bow down. Then, the Bhagavan entered into the Samadhi called "Vajra Manifesting the Vow," and from the Vajra, he emanated the body, speech, and mind of this Great Wrathful One, the embodiment of the vows of all Vajra Holders. OM SUMBHANI SUMBHA HUM! GRHNA GRHNA HUM! GRHNA PAYA GRHNA PAYA HUM! ANAYA HOḤ BHAGAVAN! VIDYA RAJA HUM PHAT! Then, by merely uttering this, all the powerful daughters have their hair disheveled and are stripped of their clothes, and they remember Vajrasattva. They are pressed down by the feet of Vajrasattva. The Lord of all the Tathagatas, if bound by the Vajra hook and noose, is the supreme one for summoning daughters. Then, the Bhagavan entered into the Samadhi called "Vajra Arising from the Suchness of the Great Vow," and from the Vajra, he emanated the body, speech, and mind of this very place of the Suchness of the secret speech vow of the three great vows. In the three bodies of the Buddhas' Vajra, one meditates on Vajrasattva. Holding the noose and the Vajra hook, he is the supreme summoner of the Buddhas. By the union of the Buddhas' body and speech, from the union of the great wheel, Vajrasattva, the great king, will always surely summon. By meditating on the indivisible three Vajras, the wheel, the lotus, and the Vajra are supreme. By the distinction of the Vajra hook, all mantras are supreme for summoning. After meditating on one's own mantra and the son, all are pacified by the reality of the Vajra. In the hearts of the best of human daughters, apply the Vajra hook. By applying the mandala of wind, one will surely always summon.
