Especially sublime, and showing the dance of enjoying the tactile pleasures of frolicking and so on, in various ways, becoming sublime with the great aura of Ah, oppressing in various ways, embracing in various ways, teasing in various ways, dancing in various ways, devouring in various ways, terrifying in various ways, making brave in various ways, repelling in various ways, experiencing in various ways, transforming in various ways, plundering in various ways, creating in various ways, planting at all times in various ways, all kinds of great and extremely virtuous bliss are near, with the taste of tactile bliss, in hundreds of thousands of eons, countless trillions, merging beyond the dust particles of the sphere of space, dwelling closely and nurturing. All the Tathagatas of the past, future, and present do not see or think, nor do they place thoughts nearby. They also do not empty all means and wisdom. They also do not place extreme joy upside down nearby. They also do not make the unfaithful believe. They also do not make the untamed tame. They also do not pacify the harm of those who are close to harming. They also do not stop those who have not stopped. They also do not urge those who have not been urged. They also do not increase those who have not increased. They also do not dispel ignorance. They also do not make those who are happy unhappy. They also do not make those who are not happy happy. They also do not make those who are not angry angry. They also do not make those who are not violent violent. Great terrors and so on, as well as great fierce and cruel ones, great violent ones, gods and non-gods, heretics, pretas, flesh-eaters, yakshas, rakshasas, extremely fierce great poisons, hot disease demons, diseases, snakes, and all those who harm sentient beings, they also do not pacify them. They also do not subdue them. Then, all the Tathagatas gathered, placed their thoughts nearby, and looked with unblinking eyes, the Lord Vajradhara.

Pure vajra desire, the supreme of vows has already been granted, those who are extremely weary from practicing the six kinds of austerities, please, with great joy, abide in the state of non-desire! From the pure vajra, the water of wisdom arises, after the jewel-radiant bodhicitta has completely arisen, contemplate the crowns of all the victors, please bestow empowerment on the crown with a rain of immaculate jewels! With the pure manner of equal and unequal desire, seeing the vajra action in the lotus place, please explain the unobstructed union that can destroy various minds and sentient beings!
